My small views trying to revive from grave after 4 years of hibernation

Seriously thanks to my company and my family I am able to write and earn a living. I feel there are so many poor girls like me who don't have a platform to study. It is really a sad tragedy when we open the newspaper. Crimes on women. The girls and women who want to study or earn a living are being tortured mercilessly. In our India there are so many women who are skilled. They have so many talents like cooking, writing. Girls are always as asset for our society if they are educated and treated well. More educated people must come up. Only then more girl children will come up.

If educated people stand together then we can guide more girl children. We can see them gracing good positions in our society. We can create more future leaders for the benefit of our society. Sometimes due to circumstantial problems some girls and women are not able to comeup. There are many girls in our neighbouring household who are so skilled. They have received good grades in school. If we give them little coaching they can climb ladders of success. Now I understand the value of our teachers.

Our teachers teach so many skills to our children. Teachers are te first ray of hope for kids. They learn to play and express when good teachers are tere. Yesterday when I saw my son completing exam I felt so happy for him. I did not meddle with his exams. My husband never does helicopter arenting. He gives my son full freedom. I also did not interfere as his and teacher bond is good. So I feel more women teachers, more women are required to build a stronger tomorrow. We might rebuke many women as lazygooses,dumb etc. Women have to face so many comments when they are at home or when they are at workplace if they make smaller mistake

. I feel good, soft women teachers need to be created soo that more good students can be traeted. Nowadays many students suffer from speech problems,austistic problems. I have one child in my family who is very late in speaking. Evn now at the age of 13 he cannot speak fluently. He has to attend speecy classes. Though hi sparents are very smart they have see their kid trauma in front of their eyes. Hence we must stand together as a society to help children from all sphers of our society irrespective of class,colour,religion or financial status. We must first identify the inclination and skillset of the child. Then we can teach,fund and sponsor them. If the child has liking towards sports he must be coached for the same. If he has inclination towards studies he must be patronised for the same. Women must be given more and more chance to write oneliners,articles and blogs too its is for my personal benefit I am writing and also they must be paid decent remuneration.

If we don't pay proper wages to an employee they will feel dishearynened and sad. Here I am not complaining about my remuneration. I am very happy and contended with my pay. In my software testing job I used to get near to 40K so I could help my husband better. Now I get far less as compared to those times. Now my health I snot like earlier but I am trying to help my MIL in all homechores so that I don't become stiff fossil. All past 4 years I used to be depressed about my life and job. Now thanks to my job i have daily goal to write something small or big. My peers assign me task. I write as per their advice. I had the bestdays of my life at OpenDG. There my colleagues used to make me write so many oneliners. I used to be online from morning till evening. I used to write. Poor girls like me should be given chance to write. They should not be nipped in the soil and burrow.

These are just my small, humble views. Today I blabbered so much now I will keep quiet.
