Ambivalent

She stared at the horizon where the sun went down. The wet sand slipped from under her foot and a thin breeze blew past her hair. With every flush of water, that washed her foot, she swum back to the day he held her hand there on the sand and vowed to stay through storms and waters. She remembered how there was a sphere where their memories were hidden. She felt the soulful presence of two lovers running through the waves of the ocean. 

She remembered how every coffee they had together was a chance for her to own and treasure another beautiful gift. 
She wandered through moments where they lied on her couch and hummed The Symphony 9.

So there, on the sand, she stood today with a card in her hand which said that he was marrying another beautiful lady who had won his love. 
After all the memories, through which she had shed tears, now she smiled as she knew and imagined how he would still struggle to get his tie right even on his wedding day.
