Find Your Motivation

Every day we woke up in the morning. The first person who comes to our mind is the most important one for us.

Today, I slept a little longer, woke up at 8:30. My dad was going through the newspaper and my mom was busy in her daily routine work like every day. It seems to be a normal day.

"In every person's life, a day comes which changes everything, the day when we take a decision to change our life, forever, the day which take us closer to our dream."

This is my story...about how my life had changed and where I found my motivation to take a step.

Oh!! I forgot to introduce myself.

I am a boy who has big dreams in his small eyes. A boy who was born in a middle-class family but do not want to die as a mediocre. A boy who lives in a small city with his parents. As I am the only child of my parents, I got that special treatment from my family from my childhood.

"Everyone has a dream... A big dream

But not everyone has a motivation to take a step towards it."

Till my high school, I was an average student, home to school...school to home, that's it... There where my world ends.

No idea what to do next, no motivation to start something new, no guts to make new friends. Life seems to be a circle..at the end of the day I reach from where I had started...the exhausted me.

"God always gives one chance to everyone to change everything"

All we have to do is not to lose hope and keep trying and the moment we got that chance just grab it... Just grab it.

Finally, the day came. My results are announced and now after my highschool, I was going to a new place for my studies...A place where everything had changed for me...turning the point of my life.

So now.... I am traveling to the city where am gonna study now. My mind is filled with anxiety about how I will manage as I had not stayed away from my parents earlier. But there is an enthusiasm..that I have to fight the situations.

Finally, I reached my destination. A hostel. It's my very first time for me to be in a city where everyone is a stranger to me. No idea whom to trust. No idea about anything. I was in my room alone swiping the photos. Reminding the memories left behind in my home town. My heart was crying but my mind is activated to face the challenges.

Finally, the challenge came... A group of boys knocked on my door... As I opened the door, they asked me to join them as they were going to chill out. As I was sad I accepted their invitation. We reached a central park... Sitting on the grass. Now one of them took a pack of cigarettes and start distributing among us...

WAIT!! my mind said...

I am not a smoker, I had not done that earlier, I am not here to do all this, even I don't know how to puff it.

They forced me to have a puff... It's normal they said, but I was not ready for that.

I stood up and walked away to my room.

Now I got the point why I was not able to make friends in my high school.

"Bad habits attract people..and people with the same habits become friends."

I was alone again... Its good to be alone...instead of burning my dreams with those cigarettes.

A few days passed away... Now I was comfortable with the environment.

I was determined about my daily goals.

Now the day came when I am going to be introduced to a person...unintentionally... Who changed my life..became my motivation.

I was roaming in a park.. Going through my Facebook news feed.

I saw a profile... Yes, you all are right, its a girl.

It was not just an attraction it was a connection....

I sent her a request... And fortunately she accepted the same day.

We started talking.

As my college is started now and the professors are teaching us with a speed of F1. I was blank even after taking all the lectures... I started losing hope.

I was tensed..about my dream.

She also lives in a hostel. I talk to her every evening.

The time I spend with her was the most relaxing moment for me.

She absorbs all the negativity from me and fills me with a lot of determination.

No, she did not do all this intentionally...but her words struck my heart.

Yes I was in love. For the first time in my life I was experiencing this. But I am still mediocre, why will she love me...

Now those were the few days which changed everything for me...

Now I don't want to fulfill my dreams... I want her.

Yes.. you are right I was somewhat diverted from my path.

But this phase of my life was most confusing. I can't choose between my goal and her.

But the Jesus blessed me soon.

While I was thinking about getting her.. My brain merged her with my goals.

I started developing myself to get her attention. I tried to hard to stand out of the crowd. I was progressing in both areas.

As I was proceeding to get her....establishing a good bond with her.. simultaneously I started achieving my daily goals.

"Its the best thing when your passion becomes your profession."

A milestone came in my life when my results are announced. I scored highest marks in my college and the reason was.....that angel, who motivated me to achieve that....she herself was my motivation.

I know its a long story, maybe you are bored till now.

So I end my first blog with a sentence that..

 Nobody can do anything without motivation. I found my motivation in her.

Even you won't eat food until your hunger motivates you to do that.

Everyone needs motivation... It can be a thought, a person, a thing, an illusion..anything. 

You may face many hurdles in your way but remember one thing.. 

Jesus gives hurdles only to those.

On whom Jesus believes, that they can overcome.
