Some may understand, Some may not.

When the flag was unfurled for the first time declaring independence,

Hearts swelled with pride and eyes filled.

My flag is a feeling,

A feeling of patriotism, freedom and honor.

When the Braveheart's of my land are brought home draped in nation's flag,

Gun Salutes echoed and a final Salute,

My flag is a feeling,

A feeling of patriotism, courage and sacrifice.

Some may understand, Some may not.

When the tenacious of my country emerge as winners in the International Games,

The national anthem plays and the flag goes up.

My flag is a feeling,

A feeling of patriotism, grit and resilience.

Some may understand, Some may not.

My flag is a feeling, a feeling that is pinned in my heart,

A feeling of patriotism, respect and love.
