Word Can Change Our Life

Once a young beautiful lady was passing by a street where she saw a visually impaired old woman sitting in front of a temple begging for money. That old woman was sitting there with an empty bowl kept in front of her and cardboard was kept beside that empty bowl.

On cardboard cut out it was written: "Blind-Please Help!!!"

The young kind-hearted lady noticed that despite it was rush hour and many people were passing by that old woman yet no one was giving him any money. She felt very bad that no one was helping that old woman or even giving him any money.

So she went to that old woman and took her cardboard in her hand. She then took out a thick marker pen out of her purse and turn the cardboard sheet back to front and re-wrote the sign then went on her way.

The old woman noticed that someone was writing something on her board but didn't say anything.

Just in a few minutes, that empty bowl was now filled with money. The old woman noticed that and stopped a stranger and asked him what was written on that cardboard.

The stranger replied, "It says...It's a beautiful day. You can see it. I can't..."

MORAL: "Our choice of words and language can create a positive or negative effect on others. If we choose the right words then we can truly connect with people and change their views."
