Why I left my home?

Our entire family was filled with extreme happiness on the day when I was born. My parents were busy thinking about my future and my name. After many conversations, I was named Riya. My mother said that Riya is a common name but our child will definitely do something extraordinary in the future. I grew up doing whatever I want and my parents gave me everything that I needed. But there was one problem. In our family, no one liked watching movies. I was totally the opposite. I was very fond of watching movies.

I grew up thinking that I will become an actress in the future. But I didn't tell anyone about my dream because I thought that my family will not support me. After I completed my 10th standard, I was asked that what I wanted to do in the future. I didn't know how to face that situation and tell my parents that I wanted to become an actress. So instead of facing the situation, I decided to run away from the situation. One fine night I left my home. No one knew that I ran from my home. I rushed towards the railway station and waited there for a train.

I took some money from my house which would help me. I went to Mumbai via train. I went to many directors' offices but I failed to get work.

I was completely puzzled and I didn't know what to do. There was only one option left and that was to go back home. I sat at the railway station deciding what to do. I was thinking that how will I answer my parents. Before leaving the house I should have thought about them and not only about myself. But I finally gained courage and returned home. My parents are very worried about me and very disappointed by my behavior. I told them that I wanted to be an actress and that was the reason why I ran from the house. They started smiling and said that do whatever you want, we are always with you and we will be proud of you when you become an actress. Every time what we assume is not the reality. If we assume anything wrong it can change our life.
