The Way We Talk

"You know I got a call from Graduation group..?" he said. "What's that..?" SHE asked.(Guddy)

"Last valentine, I had sent you seven gifts for each day from ferns and petals. So they wanted to know if I would be sending them to you this year again."

"And what did you say..?"

"I said, now that I am married to you, I won't have to put effort anymore." He stretched his arms in air to block her gaze from seeing his face as he said this. She took a minute to think and then said, "Okay.. so this year also I can expect a gift, it means."

He kept staring for a minute, trying to fathom what he meant.

"What..?! Now that we are married, didn't your graduation group asked you for my number, to send something to sympathize with me..?" She said making a face, burst into laughter.
