The Ultimatum

Finally, his exams were over. He urged to meet up with his companions and go for a party to which his parents held a strong disfavour. His father was a conscientious man and worked hard till late night while his mother was a housewife. However, he didn't give it a second thought and called them.

Rahul relished going to parties, drinking. Even though he's faced a lot of scoldings, he dared to call his friend to the new 'Downtown Bar'.

Once they got to the bar, there was no stopping him or his companions. Since he didn't party since long due to his exams, he hoaxed his mother and escaped from his house when his mother was asleep.

They all started partying and drinking liquor, it was midnight until they stopped and Rahul didn't at all seem to be in a proper state after drinking a minimum of 3 bottles. He thought he would cross the bridge, without any policemen standing there. He dared of drinking and driving. He drove in an awkward manner, the car drifted and dashed through very high speed. Once he reached the bridge, he smashed into a car coming from the opposite side of the bridge. He was helped to the hospital by another biker on the bridge.

After he got discharged he came to know that the SUV he crashed into was driven by his dad. For committing this sin he was adjudged a 6 month jail. After this incident, he never dreamt of partying.
