The Two Friends
The Two Friends
Once upon a time, there lived two friends named Raju and Chandu. They both were best friends. They would go to school together, come back home together. They would eat together. Both their houses were nearby the school. They loved each other. They helped each other and played with each other.
But there was a financial problem between them. Chandu was very poor while Raju was very rich. Chandu's parents were so poor that they would work hard and pay the school fees. The money they would earn would go in Chandu's fees, so they would not enough money to run their house. This problem didn't come in their friendship.
One day when Raju saw that Chandu didn't bring his tiffin he offered Chandu his tiffin but Chandu refused to take the tiffin and went from there. A day passed Chandu didn't come to school. Raju got very worried about him. Raju told his mother. But his mother said nothing. A month passed still Raju didn't get any information about Chandu.
One day when Raju was going to market he saw Chandu in this market, he got little confused but was very shocked seeing his best friend selling fishes. He asked Chandu why he was selling fishes in the market and not coming to the school. Chandu said: "first take me to your home and then we will talk about this topic." Raju took him to his house.
Chandu said, "Actually when l went from the school, the next day only my father passed away. So l could not come to school". He said this to Raju and his mother. He even said that there was no earning member in their family so, he decided to sell fishes in the market. Raju's mother decided to pay all the fees that Chandu wanted to take admission in the school. She also said that his family can live in their house.
And the two friends lived happily ever after...
