The Saviour

The Saviour

2 mins 143 2 mins 143

Amid the chaos of the world; her childhood trauma and her failure, she found love or at least she thought she did. Well, who can blame her, she was young and oh so free. She saw him once and knew she wanted him, needless to say, the spark was on both ends because they got together shortly after.

Love! So naive and misleading! Her heart used to flutter and everything was pink! Shedding tears of sadness, she thought this is how it is supposed to be; constantly put down, questioned and beaten up! How could this be? Like an elastic, she would be pushed back, the more she pulled out. How does someone escape love’s wrath?

She left because she knew it was time to let go.

Then, she met someone else who needed her, who needed love and care! Her worries were gone and her sadness disappeared! Till one day, she was on the verge of losing her newly found love! She would lose her mind, she feared! Remote chances of survival they said, but our girl wasn’t the one to give up! She kept digging till she found a way to make her love stay. Her love was a fighter too, they fought and fought with every ounce of strength they had. Probably the universe fell in love with their stubbornness and they got back together, stronger than ever.

When she is scared and her eyes are wet, a wet nose gives her a bop on her face! A furry warm ball of love that keeps her warm! And when she realises she doesn’t have a hand to hold, her love gives her her paw!

She saved her once and now she saves her every day! Her saviour wasn’t a knight in shining armour, it was a four-legged angel! The Saviour that loves her every day!
