The Ocean Breeze

Walking alongside the beach shoreline, Andrea felt the cool ocean breeze blow through her brown locks of hair. She contemplated the meaning of life. She judged herself for being the ‘odd one out’ for being philosophical. She recapitulated memories of her in school talking about the meaning of life and showing great interest in Greek mythology. However her friends weren’t into “mystical stuff’ and were rather went about the day doing cheer and indulging in school gossips. Andrea returned back to reality with the sound of the waves crashing. She smiled and knew that it was she, the goddess so strong and mighty that ventured out in the world and got her through the day.
