The Haunted City

There was a boy named Ram in a town. He heard people talking that there are three ghosts in the city next to him. Ram has been hearing stories from childhood. Ram decided to visit the city once. In day time people were normal but by 8 pm only few people were seen around and they were running and shouting ‘HELP’ - HELP. Ram went out of house but did not see anything and a few seconds later someone kept his hand on his shoulder and when he turned behind and saw nobody was there. Then he went inside the house and slept.

The next morning, he asked people about ghosts no one replied. He was thinking why everybody was not replying. Then suddenly an old man came and asked him are you Ram? He told ‘Yes, I am Ram how you know my name’ old man replayed you just come with me. He took Ram to his house and gave him water to drink. Old man then asked him, why you came to this haunted city, he replied I want to know about ghosts. Old man took Ram to an unknown place. Ram asked ‘Why did we come here’ old man opened a cage. Ram asked ‘why you opened the cage’ old man did not answer any question, then he pushed Ram into the cage and locked it. Old man replied ‘Be here boy it is dangerous outside, be here’. Ram told ‘let me go free’. Old man went away.

 Next day, Ram broke free from cage, he went to city road to ask help. Then he saw people were coming towards him he thought he was in danger, he ran away shouting ‘help somebody, please help me’ then he saw man telling ‘come inside the house’. Ram ran and went inside the house, the man closed the door and told Ram to get up it is already 8:30 am you are getting late for school get up. It was then that he realized that it was a dream which he felt was happening with him in reality.

Mind always dreams about the facts that we listen or think when we are awake.
