The Greedy Woman

There was once a man named Robert. He was a funny looking guy with a round face, button shaped eyes with red lips. He was not distinguished at all except for his kindness towards people. He had a wife she was rude, cruel and selfish woman who was entirely opposite to her husband. Her husband was a kind-hearted man who was ready to help anyone who was in need.

Once an old woman came to him and asked him for help financially. He did not have money and the bailiff had warned to turn their family out of the house, if she did not pay the rent. So Robert sold the silver candlestick which was given to his wife by her mother on her death bed. This made his wife angry and destroyed everything of his belongings and left the house. As she had no home she was wondering at night, a group of criminals came to rob her but they found that she had nothing.

They beat her up and as she was dying she found out that the woman whom her husband helped turns out to be a fairy and came her and helped her. There she realised that if she was alive they would have caught her and would have been killed. But his husband kindness towards the old woman saved her life.
