They were 6 siblings in the family and the story is from that time when we always prioritised boys more than the girls. The family was economically stable to bear the expenses of the foods and clothing of 8 people but the girls were never supported to get some private tuition even after they were very much willing to continue there studies, nor did they have the right to fulfill their dreams. The elder sister only completed her graduation but got married due to the family pressure soon. Followed by the third and fourth girl. Only the second one left in the home to fulfill all her small dreams and to marry her prince charming. However, he was not only her prince charming but for many. He left her. She got married to a great man after 5 years but he was not economically stable. Just after 4 years of their marriage, he lost his business and the family separated them to build their own house. They had not enough money to make that happen. In the next four years she had a miscarriage. The doctor suggested not to conceive because she had crossed 40. She became a mother at the age of 43 after struggling for long.

But the time repeated itself. They were not economically stable enough to get a tutor for their daughter. Her father started teaching her and she was quite a bright child that she passed the admission test for standard one even before she was 5 years old. In the next two years, she achieved the first position in her class. When she came home with a book as a prize and showed it to her parents they did not believe that she stood first in the class. She continued to stand first for the next 10 years. She had been tagged as handicapped at the childhood because she had a tendency to stand and walk on her toes. Her mother decided that she will learn dancing to prove those people wrong. Every three years there was an annual function held in the school where she used to perform in the dance programs along with receiving prizes for scoring so good in the academic years. The last annual function she attended in the school, she was getting ready in the greenroom for her dance performance and the school committee announced her name to receive the prizes first. Since she was not able to come to the stage, her mother walked into the same and received prize on her behalf.

The girl reached at the back stage by the time and saw her fulfilling her dream that she often used to talk about. The mother was never able to get a prize in front of the crowds but she always wished for that. Today, she had the opportunity just because of her daughter. Both of their eyes were full of tears and the mother bumps into her daughter with joy. The god must be smiling to have the happiest moment for both of them.
