The Girl You Broke

From the girl whom you broke........

She cried so many nights, she wept even in crowds. Your smile still haunts her even now where she is trying to live without you. You're everywhere, in all sad songs and at all winter nights.

The girl whom you broker is someone you'd ache for years but never get her back because she isn't something you'd own after shattering her without regret.

   

She is leaving because she's tired of shattering every time she looks at you. She's tired of justifying your actions to everyone. 

She tried to hold on, she tried to digest every criticism people threw at her against you, she even tried to bear with your inhumane attitude, every time she pardoned your previous mistake, you stabbed her heart mercilessly. You broke her even after she tamed your raging storms and accepted all your flaws. One day you'll feel her void. You'll yearn for her voice, you'll crave for her touch and in every stranger, you shall meet, you'll look for her eyes but sadly, you'll never even have a glimpse of her face.

And years later, in your college reunion party, when everyone will ask you about her, tell them the truth, tell them that you were weak, weaker to keep the woman who loved you madly, endured wholeheartedly, forgave you every time you ruined her. And when you start missing her, remember all the times you made her cry for you,remember all the wishes she wasted for you,all the prayers she made just for you , and by the time you'll realize that you were already in love with her, it'll be too late because she'll be gone forever and for good.
