The Fire And The Forest

Besides a raging fire stood two terrified boys. They were Joseph and Alfred, thinking about what to do next. They decided to run for their lives in the forest next to the school. They descended into the forest and it had worked! The school had been deserted and the forest was their only place where there was no fire. They ran into the forest with delight, trying to find the way to the main road. But Alas! As they went forward, the fire was spreading through the forest and towards the settlements. It was the worst situation to be in. They saw no hope to escape and get out alive. However, there was a strong ray of hope – their bravery and determination. They found a road across and rushed to help the inhabitants. They dragged an unconscious woman out of the house and helped the injured man get out of the house. But they were caught again. The narrow road that helped them to get into the village was blocked by the flames and there was more smoke everywhere in the village. Alfred had started to cough severely by now. They found a pond nearby but it too was blocked by the trees. Joseph stood helpless trying help Alfred not faint. After a while, the injured man also was unconscious and Joseph began to weep until ashes poured from the sky. He had not seen anything like this phenomenon before. The fire suddenly stopped, the other people gained their breath. They walked back to the school and onto the road when they met with their classmates and teacher who had evacuated. It was ultimately their kind nature to help the inhabitants that saved them all.
