Sleeping at midnight, waking up early, exam season is here. So many pages turned and so many more left as I panic. Asking friends about the status of their preparation, a bit calmed down knowing I am not suffering alone. Words in my head almost over flowing and I decide to take a power nap of 30 minutes. I close my eyes and try to sleep but the words start sounding louder, I start questioning myself on the concepts learned. Surprised, I force myself to stop thinking. 30 minutes turn to 45 and 45 turns to 60 minutes and I wake up, panicking more than before. I could have done so much in this time that I lost. To avoid any further loss of my time, I open the same page of the book where I had left off. Darkness takes over and I close the book, ready to retire for the day and get some good sleep before the exam. The day, so dreaded comes as I am sat in the examination hall with the question paper, answer sheet, stationery and anxiety. I fight through the three hours and finally submit the paper. Before I am able to relax, I am reminded of the fact that it's not over. And so the cycle repeats.
