Fantastic Four and the Adventurous quest

  Once there lived four kids named Daisy, Henry, John, and Clara who were 9 years of age. They lived in Los Angles California. That summer they decided to spend a couple of days in their Grandparents’ house. It was a long journey to their grandparents’ home. And Daisy, Henry, John, and Clara were exhausted when they arrived. Luckily, their grandmother made a cool lemonade that revived their energy. After some refreshments, they went to the attic to help their grandpa clean some unwanted items. After about 15 minutes their grandfather went to take a rest downstairs, while the kids continued sorting through the stuff. Suddenly John tripped over a case that was covered by a cotton wrapper. “Oh dear, John are you alright!” asked Daisy. “Yes, I’m fine but I think I opened the case” replied John, the four scurried to the case and after examining the case Clara clicked open the lock which was broken and inside, she found a note:

“If you wish to continue the game

You can count only on your own will

If you win, you’ll get the fame

Else you will get in a fit”

  The four were an inquisitive bunch thus, they decided to see what was the game about. “We would like to continue the game” declared Henry on behalf of the group they were suddenly taken by a gush of force from the box and landed inside the case. A mysterious voice explained that they would be transported back in time to 3 different places where they should solve the problems of the people. If they completed all the 3 tasks, they would receive a treasure using which they could live happily ever after. After some thought the four agreed. And hence they were transported to Alaska. Everyone was worried and anxious shivering with the cold as winter was all set. The four approached the head of the Inuit society. The head spoke in the Inuktitut language to the four but using the translator they understood that the case given to them was about the ship which would arrive once every year in summer hadn’t arrived yet. The four assures that they would use the Umiak to find out what had happened to the ship. Steering an Umiak was not a piece of cake. “This is tough” exclaimed Clara. However, they managed to reach the place where the ship was stuck between two Icebergs. The four tied the rope to their Umaik was attached to the ship. They climbed the ship using the rope and got on deck. Daisy approached the captain who was very disappointed.

  “We’re people from the future, we’re here to help you and the ship to sail to bay safely,” said. Henry translated it into the Inuktitut language. The captain rejoiced on their arrival he asked how they would release the ship from between the icebergs. “We have already attached the ship to our Umiak, we will row the Umiak further so that it pulls the ship from the icebergs” explained Clara. “Alright” answered the captain. Thus, the four got onto the Umiak and began rowing it. Soon the ship safely came out of the trap.

      The captain thanked the four. He requested them to get on board and continue their journey to the bay. He even let them steer the ship. As soon as they reached the bay the Inuits were filled with joy. They thanked the four joyfully. The four had accomplished their first mission and returned back to the present.

       For their second mission, they were transported to Savoury land. As soon as they were transported the four could feel the aromatic smell of all different kinds of snacks and foods. On every hand, they could see houses made of sandwich buns in it lived all different kinds of chips, French fries, etc. The king of the land king Frank the French fry informed them that they had to retrieve the stolen toaster without which the sandwiches would all freeze. “Do you know who stole it?” asked John. “Yes, we do know that the nasty ice creams’ stole it and it is hidden in the border of the frosted land, but if we go there, we will all be frozen as we can’t stand cold,” said King Frank. So, the four headed towards the border but it was a long and tiring Journey.

       Finally, they reached the border which was guarded by the Ice-creams themselves. As the group approached them, the ice-creams enquired why they were there. The group replied that the ice creams must give back the stolen treasure of the savory land. The ice-creams ordered the group that they have to beat them in a game. The game went like the group will have to throw the ketchup on the ice-creams, whereas the ice-creams would have to dodge away from the ketchup which the group would throw. If the group manages to throw the ketchup on the ice-creams, they would get back their toasters.

       The game started and the group played very hard but could not tackle the ice cream. John called the group together to make a group decision. Finally, it was decided that Clara and John would be on one side and Daisy and Henry would be on the other and they would surround the ice creams. Carrying out the decision the positions were made. When Henry threw the ketchup, the ice-creams had no way to dodge leaving the group to win hence gaining the toaster back. The ice-creams returned the toaster to the four and in return, the four handed the toaster back to the rightful owner which was Frank, the French fry king. Frank congratulated the group for their success. The group had completed their 2nd mission.

       For their 3rd mission, they were transported back in time to the age of cavemen. The group learned that they needed to save a caveman trapped with a dinosaur. “This looks like a very tough mission!” remarked Henry. “But together we can accomplish this one too” replied Clara. The group started treading to the evil dinosaur’s hideout. They hid behind a bush and started to peek into the scene, they saw that the poor old caveman was trapped in the dinosaur’s cave with the dinosaur itself on guard.

       They split the team into different groups. Henry and Clara were to distract the dinosaur. They started shaking the bush violently to attract the dinosaur’s attention, once the dinosaur was distracted John and Daisy slowly walked to the cave and freed the caveman. The three went outside. Whereas Henry and Clara skilfully trapped the dinosaur in a net that they had laid on the path. Soon the dinosaur realized its misdeed and apologized to the caveman. The caveman thanked the group.

       They had accomplished their 3rd mission. A voice boomed into the room that said.

“You have completed all your missions.

You are great explorers and

You are the rightful owners of the treasure”

At that moment a big chest appeared in front of them filled with gold and jewels.

The group was overjoyed and started running down the stairs to inform their family.
