lunar Exploration (Part (2) of Phase 5 of the Adventures of Lily and Thea)

Chapter 1: The new mission awaits 

At the space Headquarters in Moscow Russia

 

"We have finished building the Rocket and after a bit of training we will launch next week" announced Pinky. There was rigorous training for a week and at last on the day of launch, everyone in the country was on cloud nine. The astronauts Lily, Thea Sally, Brown, Saira, Ted, Minty, and Bob were ready to launch. The hatch closed and the countdown to T-Zero started, Ten, Nine, Eight…Seven…Six…Five…Four…Three…two…one…Zero. And LIFTOFF IN MISSION.

  The 8 Astronauts were launched into space guided by the magic words that were said to the Magical Unicorn "UNIFLY". And after about seven minutes of launch, there was microgravity in the Rocket and slowly the Rocket boosters fell off with the rest of the parts leaving the spacecraft to continue the 4-day journey to the moon. The 8 astronauts were ecstatic and began oohing and aahing by looking at the view from the window. It was smooth sailing for 2 days

 Chapter 2: The Asteroid trouble

And on the third day. "Oh dear, something is obstructing the path of the Rocket," said Dad. "Let me have a look said sally and noticed that it was one of the Trojan Asteroids heading to earth. "What should we do" asked Thea. "Just a minute Thea. I have an idea to block the path and divert it to a different direction "

 We all must go out for a space walk. I have stored some Astro missiles given by Pinky. Me, Bob, and Ted would dart the missiles, and Lily, Minty Saira, Sally, and Thea will create a barrier from the parts of the demolished rocket.

  After an hour the astronauts put on their suits and went outside with the objects needed for the mission. Bob, Ted, and Brown darted the missile while the others made a barrier, at last after a lot of hard work the asteroid was broken and was obstructed by the barrier. This timely action not only saved the spacecraft but also the Earth.

 Chapter 3: The Jerky Landing 

The spacecraft sailed smoothly over the path to the moon. The landing was to happen in two hours when the spacecraft jerked that things wobbled inside. It was because of the speed which had been decreased while landing. With great difficulty the crew held to the objects 

 Soon the craft landed on the moon. The crew of eight was filled with joy. Their joy knew no bounds. They stepped out eager to discover the wonders of the moon. As they made their first step, they were bouncing on the surface like jumping in trampolines. While the people on earth watched keenly as the crew planted the flag on the moon.

 They were set for a new mission to dig the surface of the moon and find sample for research. The crew started excavating the surface and collecting samples in the test tubes.

 Chapter 4: The Unexpected Treasure 

And to their surprise Lily found a chest that was buried inside the surface. It had a note that said "Dear Explore we are the jodies from JoJo galaxy. If you take AE steps to your west, you will find a treasure that will contain pure diamonds from JoJo, "said the text.

 " What does AE means "asked lily "Maybe it's a code," said Sally. "If you replace the letter with corresponding number, we May be able to find the number of steps" suggested Saira." In that case the number should be 15, "said Thea. "Correct, so that must be 15 steps to the west, "said Brown.

  The group continued to head to west after taking fifteen steps they found a small tunnel. "May be the treasure is hidden inside the tunnel, "said Bob. Thus, they went inside the tunnel and after they had taken a couple of steps they fell inside a secret trapdoor. Inside they were few aliens. "We are the Jodie from JOJO galaxy we want all the liquid hydrogen from your engine, in return to the Treasure "they said.

 Chapter 5: The Silver Quartz 

But we need that to go back home," said Ted. "Alternately, you should bring the silver quartz from the crater" they said. So, the Ted's crew took some rope and headed to the crater and there they saw the shiny quartz. Brown offered to descale down the crater tying the harness. But the quartz was not directly below the spot where Ted had landed after descaling. Ted decided to walk to the quartz as his boots had not worn out. When he took a step further into the crater, he suddenly noticed that his leg was sinking in the sand. At last he noticed that it was quick sand and he informed the others about this situation." How will we rescue ted" asked minty? "I think I have an idea, first to rescue Ted we should first put the rope used in emergencies like this so that Ted can reach it. Once he is safe and sound back on the surface, we can use Unifly to go down the crater and retrieve the silver quartz without getting stuck inside the quicksand" suggested Bob. Following his instructions Brown let down the rope and Ted got hold of it and climbed back safely up the crater. The next step was to go down the crater with the unicorn. Sally Brown and Bob boarded the magical unicorn, and They dropped the Bait that could hold the quartz and slowly brought it up to Unifly. They safely reached the surface and showed the Jodie's the quartz.

 "You're a bunch of brave explorers. We will give your weight in diamonds" They said "Hooray" cheered the crew. They receive their Award and hop on to their spacecraft. They got ready for their docking.

 Chapter 6: The Appreciated success 

It was a smooth travel back to earth. After some time, they docked into the Pacific Ocean. They were rescued and went to the headquarters in Moscow Pinky congratulated them on their success. They showed the bags of diamonds they were awarded. "Wow. You guys are perfect Astronauts I will call you on your future mission. we can us the diamond to invest our missions. Another news is that the council has official inaugurated our space agency thanks to you" she said. They all celebrated the happy success.
