The brush of learning while teaching was in the hands of students this Covid era, learnt 'Never Give Up' from my students. Nuances of online teaching, exploring new horizons of knowledge, amalgamating technology with language teaching, made me reach the summit along with my warriors of words. Gratitude shades are shining on my canvas.

Little did I know that this period will make all of us learn and unlearn at each twist and turn. Be it morning assemblies, annual functions, a celebration of special days and festivals or expressing myself on digital platforms of E-Maganies, everything was possible only through one mantra i.e. Try, Try, till you ACHIEVE.

Students like brave warriors held our hands in the technical arena while we made them learn the uniqueness of expression and significance of grammatical concepts. They not only put their best foot forward in academics but represented themselves and left a mark in various competitions, sitting in the comfort zones of their homes, how overall trophies can be won, was a lesson to be learnt for all of us.

No doubt teething issues occurred, proving the level of learnt knowledge while holding a strong grip on honesty was a true test of parenthood. But here, comes the need of the hour -practical approach towards life, either go with the flow and prove as a loser in the long term or be strong enough to stick to the roots of learning. I reminded of 'Effeuiller la marguerite' which means 'Loves me or loves me not', it's the epistemologically a phrase from the French language, which has direct link with parents as well as teachers..we are constantly pondering upon whether our students love/respect us or not. Here, got a chance to meet a backbencher, never took initiative in the initial days of classes. I could always see him as a silent spectator of my classes, tried many times to request him to unmute or switch on his camera but every time a beep on my mobile," Ma'am, can't do so as network issues."

so, one fine day I decided to make to call to his mom, lucky she picked and to my utter surprise got to know that this backbencher is a guitarist, whose musical notes were lots somewhere due to online platform. I requested the mother to please convince him to play a song for me and luck smiled again for me on the very next day in the morning assembly, he performed, the whole class was amazed to see his shy smiling face and musical tunes of guitar... this day came like a LEARNING for a teacher, we must try to kindle the faith in our students to see them blooming like flowers. So, strokes of learning sparkling on my canvas by a student of my class.
