Don't Belittle Me....

Life is a humdrum affair of ups and downs, some twists of life are so very difficult that which road to select and which one to leave takes a toil. The protagonist of my story experienced this in his life. Now, waiting for fate to write a new chapter of his life.

Let's meet a young and charming boy of middle-class Indian society, where the day starts with the aroma of morning prayers, sounds of a loving mother echoed in the house. Days turned into weeks and gave way to months after months. This little boy is now a charming boy with all the blessings of the world except the wisdom of self-conscience. Knowingly or unknowingly, he was being compared with boys of his age group at times a little harshly too.

Sometimes, elders compare young ones to make them realise, what is expecting from them but little did they know, this comparison to make kids aware opens the doors of destructions. The same happened with Joy, the boy whose life was full of busy and successful people, physically he seems to be very attractive but mentally couldn't meet the expectations of people around him and always an unsaid belittle feeling surrounded him. His looks, qualities and manner were always somehow a little less than the expected level.

Whether we agree or not, the path which is not worth walking looks greener at first glance and if someone is unlucky enough to find a wise friend then destruction can't be ruled out. Fate made him walk through these unwanted or undesired routes of life. He found himself in the clutches of temporary temptations which made him face the toughest phase of his life that is, where no one is ready to support him, hold him and help him to come out of this quicksand of life.

Now, each second is as heavy as a mountain. The flame of faith is quite dim, at times it appears to vanish, at times it kindles with the power of hope. Let's see what will be the next chapter of Joy's life story? But at the end, we must hear this unheard cry of youth that never ever belittle them, neither through gestures nor through words. Love them, support them and hold them with chains of care.
