Spirit's Truth!

One summer evening a group of friends were sitting around a campfire telling ghost stories. One of the girls, Sarah, said she knew of a house in their town that was haunted. Her friends didn't believe her, so she told them the story of the house.

The house was built in the 1800s and was owned by a wealthy family. The family had a daughter who was very sick. The doctors said she wouldn't live to see her 18th birthday.

The family was so desperate to save their daughter that they made a deal with a spirit. The spirit said he would save the girl's life if the family agreed to let him live in the house. The family agreed and the spirit kept his word. The girl lived to be 18.

The spirit, however, did not leave the house when the girl turned 18. The family tried to get rid of the demon, but he was too powerful. Suddenly next day the whole family disappeared. 

Sarah's friends were scared by her story and didn't want to go near the house. Sarah, however, was brave and decided to go inside. 

Sarah's friends waited outside while she went into the house. After a few minutes, they heard screams coming from inside. They ran into the house to find Sarah lying on the floor. She was just unconscious.

Sarah's friends were so scared that they ran out of the house with unconscious Sarah of course and never wanted to revisit that place. The house remained haunted only for few days.

Anthony, Sarah's cousin when got to know about this incident, he is being a Paranormal Investigator, decided to go and investigate the house himself. He went there in broad daylight and started taking some pictures of the house. As he was taking pictures and collecting some clues which were left behind, he heard a voice say "get out". He ignored it and kept on taking pictures. Then he felt someone push him and he fell. As he looked up he saw a black figure standing in front of him. The figure was that of a man and who appeared out of nowhere. The man said "I warned you". Anthony got up and said I came here to investigate about the truth.

Will you allow me to do my work?

The man replied politely and said "I won't disturb you further, but I want you to know that this house is really haunted and you should leave now before it's too late". Anthony said "I don't believe in spirit's" and the man disappeared.

Anthony then went into the house and started taking pictures. He didn't find anything unusual. He then went into the basement and that's when he saw something that scared him. He saw a black figure standing in the corner of the room. The figure was that of a man and he was just staring at Anthony. Anthony started to feel uneasy and he decided to leave.

As he was leaving, he felt a ghostly presence there and started to analyze all the things. Thus, looking at photos and clues he got, he concluded something.

The house was not actually haunted, but the family who lived there were involved in some kind of spiritual acts and they had sacrificed their daughter to some spirit. That's why the spirit was still there.

Anthony then decided to go back to the house and confront the spirit. He went there at night and the spirit was there waiting for him. The spirit " Weren't you warned to leave, but you didn't listen. Now you will die". Anthony said "I know what you did and I know that the family is involved in spiritual act. But I also know that you are not the one who is haunting this house. There is someone else who is doing this". The spirit was surprised and said "You are right. There is someone else who is doing this. But I can't tell you who it is". And with that, the spirit disappeared.

Anthony was never able to find out who was haunting the house, but he was sure that it was not the spirit.
