Soul Transfer

In a village, there lived a king named Vikram. He used to frequently go to the forest for viewing its beauty.

Once, the king decided to go on a forest tour and so asked one of his ministers to accompany him.

Vikram and Ranaji had now entered the deepest part of the forest. They saw a pair of parrots chirping and playing together. Suddenly an arrow came out of nowhere and struck the male parrot. King Vikram felt very bad for the male parrot. Suddenly an idea struck Ranaji 's head.

He told that the king had some powers in which he could transfer one 's soul into some other soul. Now the king started chanting some mantras. Before entering the male parrot's body, he told Ranaji to look after his body. When he entered the parrot 's body, the female parrot got so happy that she started playing again. After sometime when the female parrot went out for searching food, king Vikram again entered his own body. "This was the end of the story", said grandma. The children were so deeply involved in the story that they didn't know that the story came to an end. Grandma told the children the moral of the story: Always bring happiness for others, you'll always be happy.
