Qualification

Does one ever think of his\her qualifications? Let me tell everyone about myself. Like I'm never asking anyone about his\her qualifications and never making them aware of the same thing about me. Actually whenever one is discussing her\her qualifications and so on, it seems like one is trying to make everyone aware of his\her intelligence.

Believe me, I just don't like such a personality. And one of my known people has the same habit and the one is not only unlike me but also by other known friends of mine.. Actually, I don't have the problem with the person in person but the thought of the person makes me desperate, like how can one be so mean??? Not only this, I just don't like those people who are always and always just praising themselves without actual meaning. Sometimes, it strikes me very hard that can qualifications willingly or unwillingly defines one's persona!!! But the meanest world has got no answer to it...
