Politics outside the Politics

Today we are living in the society where people's have multiple customized behaviour. We can't define a person meticulously by his behaviour. There may be a lot of reason for this kind of behaviour. One of the reason is politics at workplace. Nowadays in a private organisations political games are normal. It is like big fish eats small fish. Everyone wants to retain their chair to sustain their lifestyle and thrive in life. There are two approaches, one can choose for progress.
First, Efforts with right direction. In this approach one need to showcase their performance in the field. Performance needs efforts in a positive direction. Most of the peoples ignore this approach because it is very slow path to success ladders. Recent times everyone wants success faster.
Second approach required less efforts and skillsets and that is praise the boss by telling him goodie goodie things. Easiest way to get promoted without much efforts. In this approach one has to do many wrong doings to another person and sometimes sacrifice someone. For them that's routine. Part of the work.
We can not blame anyone directly or system directly. However, we have to adjust ourselves in this format of life. Whether it is workplace or home. Everyone has to be pass through it one or another day. Hence, one need to required make himself/herself cope up with the recent times otherwise survival is next to impossible.
