MY SUPERPOWER – A RECOLLECTION OF CHILDHOOD MEMORIES
BY SANJAY YADAV
Once upon a time, when I was a child, I often remember my early days in my village. Those childhood memories are still fresh in my heart and always bring happiness whenever I think about them. My childhood life was simple, beautiful, and full of small lessons that slowly became my real strength.
When I was a small boy, I used to play with village children outside my house. We would gather every evening and play simple games like running, hide and seek, and other village games. Those moments gave me pure joy and happiness. At that time, I did not understand that even these small activities were teaching me important life lessons like friendship, sharing, and teamwork.
I still remember the dusty roads, the open fields, and the sound of laughter from my friends. These small memories made my childhood very special. They taught me that happiness does not always come from big things, but from simple moments spent with others.
Sometimes, I used to go near the agricultural fields and watch the farmers working hard. I saw how they prepared the land, planted seeds, and took care of the crops under the hot sun. As a child, I was curious, but I did not fully understand their struggle.
As I grew older, I realized a deep lesson from those memories. Farmers work day and night with patience and dedication to feed the world. They face heat, rain, and many difficulties, but they never give up. This childhood experience taught me one of my greatest lessons—hard work and patience are powerful strengths in life.
This lesson slowly became a part of my thinking. I understood that real success comes from continuous effort and dedication, just like the farmers I saw in my childhood.
Another beautiful part of my childhood was celebrating festivals in my village. During festival times, all villagers came together with joy and happiness. We decorated homes, shared sweets, and enjoyed cultural activities.
Those festivals taught me another important lesson—togetherness and unity bring true happiness. Everyone forgot differences and celebrated as one family. This experience showed me that sharing joy with others makes life more meaningful.
Now, when I look back at my childhood memories, I realize something very important. My superpower is not magic or physical strength. My superpower is the lessons I learned from my childhood experiences—friendship, hard work, patience, and unity.
These childhood experiences slowly shaped my thinking as I grew older. I began to understand that every small moment in life carries a lesson. Playing with friends taught me cooperation, watching farmers taught me hard work, and celebrating festivals taught me unity and happiness. I realized that these simple lessons were building my character silently, without me even noticing it at that time.
These lessons shaped my personality and helped me understand life better. My childhood memories are not just memories; they are my true inner strength. These memories will always stay in my heart forever.
