My First Sapling!

Dear Diary,

Today I haven't done much so I don't have a lot of things to tell you, but this doesn't mean I'll leave the page blank! Because I did something memorable! Yes! You know, today I did gardening! Out of boredom and nothing interesting to do, I went to the balcony had a look at those withering plants. They were almost dead and needed some care. So I went on in the evening and continued till sunset. I watered them, the ones which had dry, dead leaves, I pulled them and gave some breathing space and you know, apparently, mom had two saplings which weren't planted properly because the gardener couldn't visit us due to this lockdown situation and hence, I took over his job! I can't express in words how much fun it was to do this! I mean, for the first time I planted a sapling with my own hands, and it felt like I had given life to dead! You know, this self-isolation is somehow making me realize that I've got a lot to do apart from just texting over my phone! Also, the rest of my day went regularly with having all the three meals with my family!
