Mr. Aquaman Speaks

Hello! I am Aquaman. Oh! You call me water in English. You use me in cleaning yourself, cooking your everyday food, scrubbing your surroundings and of course, fulfilling your hydration mark by drinking me. In the summers, you freeze me to form shave-ice or just refrigerate me to gulp me down your throat. Ooh! Don't get me started about my journey through the human digestive system. First, it gulps me down your food pipe through a roller coaster ride. Then, before I settle down, acids start attacking me like a criminal. They try to kill me. Waaaaah! Look, look, look, a human being. She looks pretty weaker than last time. Hmmm! She is so beautiful..... Ahhh! She went away. Yay! Yipee!... Noooooo! There she comes back. Oh god! Save me! And down my brothers go down her mouth. I got saved.

You not only use me, but also waste me. Everyday, you wake up to first brush your teeth. While doing that, most of you waste a lot of my brothers and drops of our family members. Luckily, I am alive due to the water cycle. Do not use the shower while bathing, use a bucket of water and a mug. You might be thinking that "Anyway water will get wasted. What is the use?" By using only thousands of my siblings get wasted, but by the shower, we can spend our lifetime counting them. We spend all of our time mourning for them. Every hour we have almost ten lakh deaths in our family. So, please do not separate our family.

My grandfather once told me that human beings even dump their garbage into the ocean. All kinds of plastic, toxic materials and other kinds of waste are thrown into the ocean. My grandfather couldn't take it. Luckily, he evaporated and came back to us by evaporating and forming rain. Then, he told me this tragic story, now which I write in my autobiography. By my fortune, I have never been in his position. My container's owner comes back. She shakes me so much. And....Splash! Down I go in the sewage. For now bye-bye!
