The soft, wet grass caressed Ram’s cheeks. In spite of the fear for tremors, he enjoyed that cool touch on his stubby, hairy cheeks rough and unshaven.

“If I am dead in this quake, will I be able to enjoy this bliss.” Thinking aloud Ram looked around.

Even young women with terror-stricken faces were glued to the ground with their eyes closed in silent prayers. “..... it was meant to be!”
