Love Is Blind

Their eyes never met.

Sparks never flew between them.

He never saw her dark complexion.

She never weighed his purse.

But when she walked holding his hand in one and a white cane in one, he knew she meant the world for him. The darkness of the world around meant nothing. The only regret he ever had was, he could not see her smile. 

I want to tell him how beautiful it is but have no words without causing an evil eye to befall on them.
