I do share information about purnpaschimottanasana purn means the whole Paschim means the back portion of body uttan means stretching. As the name suggests we have to stretch the back portion of our body. As I told in the last article when we bend down exhale when we come up to inhale. After achieving the position of asana breath normally. Sit straight by stretching your legs front and should be near your hip by touching the ground. first, inhale and hands up and by exhaling try to bend from lower back and hold the toes by hand and try to touch the feet by head without bending knees. Then breathe normally. This asana should be done by a person having slip disc, back pain, ulcer. This asana helps to reduce depression, anxiety. This asana is good for improving digestion. This asana can be done from 30 seconds to 5 minutes according to individual capacity. In this lockdown period, I am studying deeply about yoga...Though I am a yoga teacher, Continuous learning helps me to improve more.
