Dear diary

Today I would like to share about sitting position asana ardhamatsendrasana. Ardha means half, matsya means fish, Indra means king asana. I hold this asana from 30 minutes to 5 minutes each side depending upon one's capacity. A person having back pain, hypertension, slip disc, the cardiovascular problem should not do this asana. In this asana, sit by raising both legs, take your left leg from your right leg. Fold your right leg near your left hip. Don't sit on the folded leg. Then by twisting your right hand hold the ankle of left ankle. Fold your left hand on the left side and turn your face toward the left side. This is good for twisting your back. To improve blood circulation in back. Backbone is most important part of our body.

  Everybody is different. Everybody has their own priorities. In the Art of living, there are 5 rules which are important for living life happily. 1) Be 100%.. keeps us guilt-free 2) Live in present..happiness is now 3)Don't find intentions in other people's mistakes.when we point toward other people one finger is towards others and three towards us.4) Don"t become football of other people's opinion, live for yourself 5)opposite values are complementary.you can feel happy only when you know what is being sad.These are 5 sutras of the art of living one should be followed to be happy throughout life.
