Waking up early in the morning is really beneficial for our health and makes us feel energetic all throughout the day. I am a regular Jogger at a park in my area and sights. I experience each morning making my day.
I wake up around six in the morning, and wear clothes to go for a jog. As I take a step on the road, I can hear the birds singing cheerfully and getting ready for a new day. The cool breeze which blows around makes you feel pleasant. You can see the sky in a shade of dark blue waiting for the sun to arrive.
While walking towards the park, I feel as if the whole world belongs to me alone. There are fewer cars on the road and even other people are mostly at their homes. During this time the animals and small insects move a lot. When I reach the park, I am welcomed by hundreds and thousands of flowers varying from roses, marigolds to lilies and sunflowers.
The bees and butterflies roaming and wandering around these flowers waiting for the closed baby buds to bloom. As time passes the sky begins to ascend to a light shade of blue and the young orange sun could be seen hiding behind the clouds. You could feel the warmth which comes as the sun begins to appear. The freshness you feel early in the morning cannot be compared to any other thing.
I could hear the buzzing of dragonflies around me and the sparrows searching for worms while singing sweet songs. The dogs which lived there were preparing themselves for another day. As time went by the city was beginning to awake, more people were now walking in the park and you could hear the honking of the cars on the road.
It was now time to return back home and get ready for school. But the sounds, the sights and the cool breeze blowing in the morning makes me feel refreshed all day. It becomes my daily dose of happiness even when I feel gloomy. It helps me to study better and helps me to put a hundred percent in every work I do.
