It Was An April Diwali!

Dear Diary 

Happy Diwali! Confused? Wondering why am I wishing you Diwali in the times of Holi!? Well, well, no I haven't gone crazy, but today, all the Indians went! Yes! You remember yesterday and a couple of days back too, I told you about our honorable PM requesting all the citizens of our country to lit diyas, or candles at 9 PM on the 5th? Well, yes! Today was the day! The moment clock struck 9, we all switched off all our lights, went to the balcony and each one of us illuminated a diya!

And not just us, but the whole of the society did the same and I honestly cannot describe in words how beautiful it looked! Nothing but only the diyas were seen! Well, also astrologically it says that lighting candles or diyas at this time would give us strength and courage to fight this pandemic!

I'm sure this could've been the best tribute to our fighters. I wish I could enclose a picture of today's scenic view and you could also witness the same!

But for now, just hoping that world overcomes this soon!
