I Hope He's Safe!

Dear Diary,

Today was yet another good day for me. It began with watching our Hournable Prime Minister give his video message, wherein he requested us to switch off all the lights in our home on the 5th of April and illuminate diya, candle or our phone's flashlight. It is his another attempt to control this coronq outbreak!

Apart from this, today I saw a family who had abondoned their pet, due to fear of this pandemic. Alot of people tried explaining them, but in vain. As a result, the dog was now homeless. I could see how sad he must've been! I couldn't see him in this state. It was heartbreaking. Also, I couldn't myself do anything because of this lockdown. But some time later, that dog came in front of my building. I was elated to see him. I fed him biscuits and milk. He was happy that time. May be it was his hunger, which made him come to my place! He spent around 20 minutes outside my building eating and looking at me! Then, he went.

I felt pity on the couple who had thrown away that little pup! But contributing to his health on my part, made me satisfied.

I hope he's safe now!
