She‌ ‌was‌ ‌born ‌in a ‌middle‌ ‌class, religious‌ ‌family‌ ‌residing‌ ‌in a‌ ‌rural‌ ‌village. Her‌ ‌parents‌ ‌were happy for her birth and thought not like other parents to make their child as a doctor or an engineer but to grew her with the best qualities of a being. Her mother was a lovable women and father had a great belief in God. As few months went, her mother need to leave her and need to go for a work in their land, with her husband, leaving her child with her mother-in-law at home. Her mother used to leave her in the morning and come back at the evening. She become sick sooner as no proper care was given by her grandmother. She would be often taken to the hospital by their parents where she becomes ill due to lack of love and care. So her mother decided to be with her for few more months without going to the land. She recovered soon.

Within 2 years an other came to play and fight with her. It was a baby boy. She was so excited to see her brother. She loved him and both had wonderful days playing and fighting together. One day, both played sitting inside the house beside the door. Due to the wind the door has moved and her brother’s head hit the door and the blood started flowing towards his body and he started shouting with pain. The small girl doesn’t know what to do. She was frightened and started to cry. She needs to call her grandmother but she was afraid whether she would scold her but she had no other way than to call her. She ran towards her grandmother with the eyes full of tears and told her grandmother what happened. Her grandmother as the same way she thought, shouted at her saying, she is the root cause if something has happened to him and she should answer her mother. The small girl started crying louder thinking that she had no mistake on her. She was broken. Soon they took the boy and went to the hospital. Doctor made 3 stitches on his head and said nothing to worry ,he was fine and advised her to play carefully. She nodded her head and thanked God.

She was afraid that her mother too will scold her if she heard the news. On that evening her mother came home and she ran towards her mother and said what happened, she also added that she was the reason for everything. Her mother sat down and told her not to worry she had no mistake on her and her brother would get recovered soon to play with her. She hugged her mom and said “I LOVE YOU MOM always” with tears. She thought that she was the luckiest person in the world to get mother like this and started loving her more.

As the days went she was 4 at that time, their parents decided to put her in the nearby school. They got admission for her. She was excited to go school. It was the day. She was very much excited and curious and woke early in the morning with her mom. Took bath with the hot water, brushed soon and wore her uniform with excitement. Her mother fed her and packed her school bag and her lunch bag, She tied her hair with ribbons. She looks pretty with the new suit. She was almost ready and went to the bus stop to board the bus. There she saw an other guy who was her nearby coming to the same school with her, waiting for the same bus she waited for. The first friend she met before going to school and she was happy. The bus came and they boarded the bus bidding bye to their moms. She was worried little as she was going to miss her mom the whole day. But she somehow managed herself to stay calm and sat in the seat quiet. Her excitement, happiness all flew away because she don’t want to go away from her mom. The first time she is leaving her mom. She saw her mom standing beside the bus bidding bye to her. She bid back with tears in her eyes. The bus started moving but she kept seeing her mom till she is visible.

Within few minutes the bus entered the school gate and the teachers were waiting to receive new children. She stepped down the bus and saw her school. One of the teachers came to her to guide them. She told her to sit in the first class room from right. She went inside the class room where other children like her are sitting and chatting with one another. She searched for the vacant place and sat on the third bench. Though she is hearing noise around her she stayed calm as all her thoughts was on her mom. Soon one of the teachers came and requested the students to assemble in the ground for prayer. There the correspondent of the school welcomed the new children and told the rules and regulations of the school and added they could feel free to ask any doubts to their teachers and all should score good marks in all the subjects and rank top in their class, if not their parents will be called to the school to get the report card. Finally she ends there by wishing every students to perform well in the test and follow their teacher’s instructions. The prayer song had begun followed by flag hoisting, pledge and national anthem at the end. Then, every students were requested to go to their respective classes and be quiet till their teachers come. They all went in the line to their class rooms and soon her class teacher came to her class.

Every students didn’t care about their teacher’s arrival and continued chatting with their friends. Her teacher shouted at them to be quiet and made everyone to stand for 2 minutes for their fault. Then she asked everyone to introduce themselves one by one. Every one has completed their introduction and the teacher introduced herself and told she was their class teacher for the whole year. This class ends followed by English class where their English teacher taught alphabets followed by lunch hour where everyone is asked to sit down in rows and to take lunch with spoons and towel over them. After the lunch there were two more classes and the day ends there. They were guided to board the same bus . She was happy and smile covered her face only at the end of the day as she was going back to home and could see her mom. Fortunately, the one who is sitting near to her in the class was her bus mate too. She introduced herself to her new friend and both become friends there.

Bus started moving and she was waiting eagerly to see her mom and narrate the experience. Her mom and her little brother was waiting at the bus stop to receive her. She saw her mom in the far distance and waved her. Bus stopped at the bus stop she stepped down the bus and hugged her mom tight with the kiss. They went home and she narrated the whole story to her mom over an hour and told she missed her and her brother, a lot and don’t want to go school leaving her, the next day. Her mom somehow convinced her and the routine started then.

She studied well in her class and usually ranks above 3. At the same time she loved her friends and was more closer to one who was both her bus mate and class mate and her friends loved her too. There was a handsome little boy in her class who was also her relative, when she was at the grade 1. She loved speaking to that boy and he too. They usually sit together in the class, during lunch and every time. They will be together in dramas, dance competitions and almost in every events. They had good childhood days together. Her brother too is admitted in the other school which was little far from their house. After returning home, they used to play together sometimes fight each other but both enjoyed a lot.

A year went, she would be at grade 2,the next year. Her parents told her that she needs to be shifted to the other school where her brother was studying and also they need to shift their house to the other one which is in their land. Of course she doesn’t like changing the school leaving her friends ,her teachers and him. But she had no other option than to accept her parent’s decision. Now the students were in summer holidays. They went school to get TC for her, there the teachers doesn’t want her to shift the school as she was a bright student. But her parents was confident with their decision and got TC. Now she needs to adopt her mind for the newer environment, make newer friends, meet new teachers all those thoughts were running in her mind. She asked her brother how his school would be, whether liberal or strict. The small boy told her “strict”. She was frightened and don’t want to go there. She asked her parents to let her study in the same older school and she doesn’t like the newer school. She acted, cried, begged but no use.

Now she must prepare herself for the new school, prepare her mind to accept whatever happens. The day came where she must go to the school which she doesn’t like. Her mother tried to convince her saying she would definitely like the new school as the older one and advised her to make friends on her first day. She went in the same bus with her brother questioning him a lot about the school. The bus entered the main gate. But she could not see her school ,as they need to walk for a minute to reach their school. She walked with nervousness, fear, questions rising in her mind. She saw a big building with the watchman sitting out commanding the children to go in a line. She entered the gate and went inside the school and it was a very bigger one than her older school. Her nervousness increased. Same way there was a teacher standing guiding the children to go to their respective classes.

She went to her class where the teacher was already in the class room. She went in and sat in the bench near a girl. The teacher ordered the children to speak only in English and she doesn’t know English. She kept quiet, she doesn’t spoke to anyone, remained calm. The day ends where she doesn’t like the school for at least 1 percent. She went home and cried to her mom that she will not go to that school there after ,she added that she doesn’t spoke even a single word for the whole day and she could not understand what others speak. She hated the school. The next day, her mother told that she would drop her in the school and tell her teacher that she could not speak English for now and she would learn it soon. She accepted and both went to the school and her mother told her class teacher the same way. Her teacher accepted her request and gave her permission to speak in her native language and told that she should learn English soon. She nodded her head.

She entered the class room with relief and sat in the bench. But her friends was not ready to accept her. Every one started bullying her as she doesn’t know English. She was again upset, sad and she doesn’t want to speak to anyone. For over 3 weeks she doesn’t spoke to anyone, went school sat calm and returned back. One day, one of her classmate came to her and told not to worry and she would teach her English and asked whether she would accept her as a friend. She was happy to hear those words from her and both shook their hands. The first best one she got in the school. From then, both used to sit together and she started learning English from her friend. Though she couldn’t speak fluently, after weeks she learnt many words and could manage to speak. Her class teacher appreciated her and the whole class applauded for her hard work. From then every one started speaking to her and soon she got more friends in her class. Though she could study well she was not interested in listening the class because all those classes were in English. Her teachers used to scold or even beat the students if they are not performing well in the exams. She was not interested in scoring good marks in any of the subjects may be due to her teachers or school. She was a below average student in her class till the grade 4.

When she was in grade 5, she met two souls, one is the friend for life, her class mate and other one is teacher changing her life. She was her class teacher, handling English subject. That teacher was an amazing teacher whom she had ever met. She was the teacher who would never say to get high marks, rather she would say to understand the concepts, whatever taught in the class which was more important than scoring marks. She taught about life and how to tackle the problems and situations. That teacher was her most favorite one and she admired her words. She told the students to dream high and start working towards it from then. She motivated that every one could do best in their life, achieve whatever they dream only if they would gain knowledge in every fields, which could be acquired by listening the classes that were taught in the classroom and hard work. She added they should have passion to acquire knowledge more and more without any break and that could be gained by reading lots of books other than their text books.

She used to teach the value of education in one’s life. She taught the value of character and insisted them to have a high valuable character which would benefit them as well as their family and society. Also she would teach the importance of meditation, yoga which could improve their mental and physical health. She used to teach everything she knows and share her experience in facing the critical situations in life. That teacher was the most precious one to her and she felt lucky to have her as a class teacher. Also she grabbed everything whatever she said. She loved her. Though she could not keep faith on herself at that age that she could achieve anything, she tried to be a good person and gain knowledge as much as she can. From then, she used to listen classes carefully, started studying well and also she scored good marks.

Luckily both her friend and that teacher came to her class in grade 6 too. Though she was not closer to her friend in grade 5, their bond increases in grade 6. She loved her school life from grade 6 where she had lots of friends to chat with. She had an other amazing teacher as her class teacher in grade 7.His ambition was to become an army officer where his life put an other way to him. He was the happiest person himself and spreads the same positive ideas, thoughts and happiness to his students. He was a knowledgeable person and an excellent teacher. He loved his students and the students too. She learnt many lessons from him that how to take life in a positive manner and not to complicate it.

She was in grade 8 now, where she had the most unforgettable moments that changed her life. They were the gang of three members, she, one who was with her in grade 5 and 6 and the one who was with her in grade 2. They become the closest. Both the 3 used to study very well. They used to chat mostly with three boys in the class. Those 6 had very good time and became the closest friends. One of the 3 boys used to see her in grade 7 may be an infatuation. But nobody knows it and he was a good friend to her now. The other one likes her behavior and character and had little crush on her but did not expressed it to her. They were good friends till the end of grade 8. Only 4 members of their gang were together in grade 9. The two boys of her gang went to an other section and only the boy who had crush on her was with her in grade 9. She came to know that he likes her. But he used to avoid her and stopped speaking to her. She first did not cared about it and when days went she used to miss him which may be turned into an infatuation. She could not say it to her parents as they would not take it as a lighter thing. They would scold, beat and even might stop her from school if she would say it to them. So thinking all those things she refused to say them. To that age she could not realize that it was an infatuation. She hadn’t spoken to him but used to think of him and see him during classes. They had special classes in grade 9 and 10 where the school management used to give special training for board exams which would be conducted at the end of grade 10.2 years went soon by studying harder to score good marks besides seeing him. Everyone scored very good marks than expected and entered grade 11.

5 members of the gang was in the same class. The one who used to see her in grade 7 was the extra member. She learnt many lessons from her best friend that gossiping is the worst thing that should never be done and one should look at their own self before judging others. Also one should not hurt other with words or actions instead should spread positivity and love. They had special classes as board exam was conducted at the end of grade 12. They had well trained staffs to train them. She had an ambition to do her higher studies in the best college where she had an opportunity to compete herself with the other top students thereby improving her knowledge and creativity. She put all her efforts to score the better mark as the students could choose the best college only if they had scored higher marks.

Though she was not interested in revising the same concepts repeatedly from waking till going to bed, she did it as she had no other way. Students only had 2 options to go into the better college, one is by marks and the other is by money. She chosen the first option. She scored the better mark as expected. And now she could ask her parents for her ambition.

Now comes the worst news which broke her excitement , which broke her sacrifice that she did to score that mark, hard work she did till then, broke her ambition and everything. Her parents though they could allow her financially they disagreed to send her. They said her that staying away from home for years was not safe to the girl child and that doesn’t suits their culture. They told her that the other girl children in the village was not sent away and they can’t allow her too. They failed to think of their child’s passion and her desire. She cried for weeks and begged them. Their answer was “NO”. She was broken completely. Her parents admitted her in the same nearby institution for her higher studies too. Her parents didn’t understand her feelings and they were not ready to hear her words. She need the one to share her feelings, she need the one to understand her, she need the one to care her honestly, she searched for an external source. She continued speaking to her friend, a guy who used to see her in grade 7, who is the member of the gang in grade 8. They become the best friends and as she needed he understood her, he cared her truly and she called him as “buji”.

Though she doesn’t like studying there, she had an other hope that she had the ability in getting placed in any of the Multinational Companies. She had chosen Computer Science and Engineering as a stream and continued her studies there. As she used to love the people around her she got many good friends in her class. She topped in her studies at college. There she met the other guy her class mate, where she liked his outer appearance and behavior in the class room. Not knowing his true character she started speaking to him, where she taught he was true to her. She used to ignore buji’s text where he felt little broken. She didn’t cared about it and continued her conversation with the new guy. After months they had bitter conversation and she understood his true character. she came to know that he was not true to her and cheated her. She was again broken and she deserves it. Again buji was the one who is with her in her bad times knowing she had mistake on herself. Though she hurt him a lot he stayed with her, supported her, made her happy, kept all his love on her. She taught that she would be happy if she was with him throughout her life. As the days passed they grew up, came out of their crazy world and started thinking for their life. She maintained top percentage in her college and was pursuing 4th year of her college now, waiting for the recruitment. Her opinion is that she should not be dependent on any one in any situation throughout her life. To keep her life in safer position and to achieve her dream life she needed job. She was preparing harder to get her dream job.

Again her parents told her that it was not necessary for a girl child to earn for their home and it was not followed in their culture. They told her that after a year they would pick a well settled groom for her in their community and she would have no necessity to go for a job as she would be married within a year to a rich man. She could not accept her parents words. She questioned why her parents was not ready for at least one time to ask her decision ,ask her passion, desire and everything. She taught why her parents was not with her in her critical times, if they are so then she would not be spoken to buji. Now if she says she likes buji she knows that they would definitely reject him as he did not belong to their community.

Questions filled her mind that,

Why her parents are not willing to ask their child’s thoughts, what is in her mind, what is the problem she is going through?

Maybe due to their heavy work schedule?

If so definitely at her age she would need one person to share things…

Though her decision was right, her decision would give her happiness , her decision would help in blooming her life her parents keep on neglecting it,why?

They may think this society is not safe to the girl child. If so how should we change this society to make it more safe to the women?

By imposing strict punishments for the criminals?..

May be.. But is it the right way to bring change in the society?..

People should not even think to do any kind of offenses or any abusive activities which would harm the other one..

Men should respect women and treat them equally simultaneously women should not take this as an advantange and dominate men..

Both men and women are equally important to this society, both have the rights to think, dream, achieve their goals and live their life they have imagined..

She thought this is the right thought which each and everyone should realize to bring change in the society..

But how to make people realize these things?

She thought these things should be taught to the children in their childhood in both home and the school through parenting and education which would definitely make the society pure and best…

She also had a question that if the reason for neglecting her ideas by her parents may be due to society talks..

Whether her parents are afraid of what would the society say if something different is done by them without following the old community practices?

Whether these thoughts are right?

Not seeing their daughter’s happiness or her life’s growth whether her parents could think of the society, rejecting their daughter’s thoughts without even thinking whether it would benefit her?..

Again parenting and education plays a vital role in one’s life..

She started writing an article where she defined all her thoughts and imaginations that how should the society with future generations be..

‘’’’

Her dream for Future Generations!

Children are taught from the childhood only to read more, compete with others and earn more. They are taught to run in the life, they are not taught to become a good human being, a good person with all the good values. They are not taught to love everyone, to respect everyone.

When all these characters are built in a person in his life span?

Only during his childhood days!

The person will be with his own character throughout his life either it is to rush, run, hurt or gossip whatever it is which he learn either from parents or his teachers or friends in his childhood.

So it is our duty to teach our young generation to be with good valuable skills. So then, our society will be perfect automatically.

How to bring this change?

It lies in both parent’s and teacher’s hands.

Parenting …

Parents should teach the necessary skills which is required for your child’s future. You should get updated to the newer technologies to teach your child and also to know what your child is doing with it and decide whether it is really required for your child’s life.

Show and speak what is needed to your child.

Do not speak unwanted things like gossiping someone or about their community standard and their superiority among the society in front of the child. Teach your child every one have the equal rights and every one are socially equal in the society. Do not encourage gossiping behavior in home.

Do not let your child to watch tv or play video games more than an hour which would destroy the thinking ability of the child. It just makes the child’s mind struck in it for more than an hour which may addict it to see for long period in future.

Listen what your child says, it will be beautifully narrating the story that is happened in a day in school. Listen to it, only then, you could connect with your child, it’s thoughts and it’s ability. Give more attention to it’s words, so then it will feel itself more confident.

Don’t think your child should be within your hands, your child should be like you, your child should ask your words without refusing, your child should do only what you like,..

It will not happen in reality..

When you stress all your thoughts and conditions what it doesn’t like , it will automatically think to remove your hands from it..

It loves people outside than you, make more friends than necessary, those friends may help or maybe a danger to your child.

So give value to your child’s thoughts at the same time watch carefully how it grows, what mentality it has towards family, friends and society and act accordingly..

You may come across worst people in your life, so that don’t say your child that everyone are worst and be selfish for your life. It may make your child arrogant and worst for some other one in future..

If your child’s decision is right and if the society does not accept it as it is different from the old practices , if it does not affect anyone, it would give happiness to your child’s life then definitely accept it.

It is not necessary to think what the world thinks of you..

The world could only see, hear and speak about you. It cannot live your life. It cannot give you happiness. It’s perspective towards you will change automatically if you do some good things in later life. You can change your image, identity, status in later life, so others may speak great about you. But that particular, important decision which benefits your child’s life or family’s happiness is not taken by you then you are the loser or maybe your children is going to suffer.

If your child is saying something right which the world does not accept, don’t try to convince your child, shut their decisions and thoughts off. It is your responsibility to make your child think of its own, make your child to take right decisions, if so your child’s life would be pleasant as you like.

You should be the one to support your child to be with child if he is right, though the world is against you. At the same time you should be the one against your child, correct him if he is wrong, though the world supports him…

And let your child live his life , let him enjoy doing what he like, let he learn to take decisions of his own..

You should be the one to guide your child all his life!

It is a fact that human beings are created to show love on every living thing. Let us sow this as a seed in every child’s heart…

Education in schools..

What is education?

We all forget the real necessity of education. Because now education becomes business to the educational institutions. Their aim is to top their institution in whatever way they can. Forcing them to mug everything what is in the book, and write it on the exam papers without any change.

Is this a real education?

Education must give students a will power that they could do whatever they like and whatever they dream. It should give confidence to complete a complex task without stepping back. Education must lead a way for the students to find their own hidden talents. It should increase the thinking ability and help students to handle failures. It must lead for the innovation of unimaginable things. Education should give happiness to one’s life, to the society and to the country.

Does this all happen now?

Why?

Childhood is meant for the child to be happy. They could increase their thinking ability, innovate their hidden talents, learn many languages quickly, play with their friends happily without any burden and responsibilities only during their childhood days.

Are we letting them to do this?

Giving a bag weighing 20kg to carry, forcing to sit in the classroom without their interest and listen what they could not understand in the half sleep, without doing home works, getting punishments from the teachers, parents comparing their child’s mark with the other children, scolding and putting their child in the same tuition, confining, do not letting them to play with their friends, putting all their innovations inside a cardboard box and keeping it away, destroying all their happiness….

Should this happen? Do their childhood go like this?

After their unhappy childhood days what happens, it never stops..

Need to score good marks in the board exams either for parents or teachers or educational institutions, heavy training to mug everything as in the book without even understanding the concept, should work hard beyond their ability to score good marks. After their schooling, they should enter into the college after paying lots of donations than their parent’s ability, to get a seat in good private institution.

Whether they learn truly there?

Whether paying these much of amounts is really worthy?

They are completing a degree with a big question that “why have I read all those things? Whether the knowledge gained here really helps me to survive in this society?”…

Is this a real education..?

Who will change this system?

Government?

Whether government shuts all those private institutions?

As a people what should be our request?

Maybe to give a happy, healthy childhood days to our children…

Prepare them to face the world…

Give more confidence to withstand the failures…

Innovate their talents…

How the education system can be?..

One education throughout the country!...

Government should offer free, standard, high quality education to our future generations.

All the children of rich and poor in the same class room. Those children will learn many more things what the parents, teachers and even education could not give them.

The children of poor will learn the secret of success and children of rich will learn the difficulties faced by the poor people in their daily life. Still there are houses where the parents teach the caste differences to children in their home. When we give common education to everyone, the children could not see differences, they could only see similarities between people.

The children of of rich and poor could easily mingle with each other without any hesitations even when they grew up. This paves the way for the development of the country.

How the system can be changed?

The children should be allowed to enjoy their childhood days. Till the age of 10, they can be allowed to play more, allowed to do more innovative things like craft works, art works, allow to find their hidden talents whether it is music, sports or art work, teaching basics of mathematics, alphabets, numbers, making them fluent in more than 2 languages which maybe useful to them in future, teaching them everything what are all they interested in and what are all they needed like yoga, meditation, exercises and necessary works like cooking, stitching where the children will never get bored of doing all those things, instead they learn so many things during their childhood itself. More importantly, childhood is the period where one builds his character. So it is the teacher’s and parent’s responsibility to teach more valuable things like discipline, respect, love, happiness to the children in their childhood which shapes them into a better person. Value of education and its importance should be thought to the children in their childhood so that they love to gain knowledge from each and every source without someone’s help in their future.

After the age of 10, they can be given the standard free education with standard books throughout the country till the age of 17. The concepts should be clearly explained to the students with experiments. They should have clear vision in what and why they are learning the particular concept.

After 17, they can be allowed to choose the field based on their interest, where the same standard syllabus should be framed throughout the country for each field.

Now, every students will be in the same level, and now they can be allowed to compete with each other in the common exams throughout the country where the true knowledge wins the race….

The article ends here..

She doesn’t know whether the society and her parents would accept her thoughts but according to her this is how the future should be….

Three things made her to right this article.

Refusal of her thoughts by her parents..

Frustration due to society and concern for future generations..

Love on buji..
