        Once upon a time, a princess named Malar lived in a city "Jodhapur". It is ruled by the king, Mohan Roy. His family is named for respect in their whole kingdom. Their city is also called as " The city of Malaai". This place is known for their famous '"Rasagulla". It is fantastically decorated with the flavor of Rose water and Vanilla Essence, garnished with Badams, pistachios, cashews and walnets, it is plated in the cup made up of bamboo sticks. 

       When the Princess Malar, know about the sweet shop and wishes to eat rasagulla at perfect consistency. So she tried many food made by well known chief chefs but those weren't satisfied her.    Many months passed but still she couldn't find that perfectly made rasagulla.

When the king came to know about the Princess' desire, he brought some well-known chefs to the palace to cook food for the princess. On the very next morning, the chefs brings them the food. She starts to test it with the instrument known as "Refractometer"(used to check the consistency of syrup). 

        Finally, she taste a dish called Red pepper jam and Rasagulla made by two chefs attracts her the most. She excited and asked the chef " what is the secret of this yummy recipe?" Then he started introduce himself and said that it is "Made by Love". Also I didn't add the content of pectin or agar- agar for making the recipe of jam.

       She was really embarrassed by his words. Finally she realised that no matter which famous chef cooked it, only the food tastes good when it is " Made by Love". She thought this day became her "A Fine Day".
