Funnily They Connected

They were opposite and couldn't get along. Both of them had totally different behaviors and varied in their personalities, even though they grew up in one community, lived on the same street, in face to face houses and were classmates that occupied the front and back seat respectively in the front row. All these links of getting them connected didn't ignite a healthy relationship between the youngsters, initially.

The young woman was highly committed to her school curriculum and she was God-fearing. The young man's attention, however, was captured by street games, and never had time for his academic work; not to talk of God. Their differences prevented them from understanding themselves. Each time an attempt at conversation was made, their egos were also there playing back up roles.

Despite the bundles of their differences, the young woman hid some feelings of affection for the young man within her. Being radical and smart, the young man soon figured out that the young woman held some emotional feelings for him. As soon as he noticed, he built his stance upon it and took his chance to break the norms and face his fear. 

"What should be my first step to take me closer to her?", the young man asked himself, ''Oh! I think it's time to be punctual at school everyday, maybe I will have access to talk to her one day. Yes!'' he concluded.

He surprised the whole school when he started coming on time from the beginning of the following week. He was present at the time of prayers and came neat and tidy, with a nice haircut.

He was surprised in return when the young woman sent him a swift greeting the moment they entered the classroom, " Hi! hope you have come to stay and not just for a day?" He smiled and said, "Yes, am here to stay, as long as you stay". The young woman was shocked by his reply. She took a deep breath, opened her eyes wide staring at him. That didn't scare the young man at all. He added, "From now onwards I will be regularly coming to school just to see your innocent face". "Oh really? then I will make it my duty to call you from your house every blessed morning so we walk along to school," the young woman replied. 

Swiftly the two got connected and started going to school together.
