Faith In God's Name

There once were four friends traveling together. In their journey, they came to a river and they needed to get across it. But the river was flooded and they did not know how to get across this difficulty. A sant passing by offered them a solution. He wrote a note on a small piece of paper. As he turned his cart around, he gave the four friends the note and told them, "Do not open this note. Now the four of you grab each other's hands and go across". Against the rushing current, the four friends easily crossed the river while holding onto each other's hands. Upon reaching the other side of the river, one of the friends said, " Well, we made it! Let's see what is written in the note!". When they opened the note, they found the name of God written in it.

Seeing this, the friends decided to try an experiment. Each of them wrote God's name

in a new note. Holding onto this not, they jumped back into the river and tried to swine to the other side, but because of the strong current, they were nearly drowned. However, after struggling hard, they managed to make it back to the other side. There, they saw the same sant again. They asked him "O my lord! With god's name written by your hand, we were able to cross the river but when we wrote the same magical name in our own handwriting and tried to cross, we nearly drowned. Why?". The sant replied "A sant will write god's name in true faith. When you write his name, you still have doubts about the true knowledge of god 's name. If you use his name with complete faith, then you will most definitely a success."

In the same way, if you believe with full faith in your lord, then we too can accomplish even the most difficult tasks.
