Jay Bapa Charitable Dental Hospital. Out of one charitable hospital, a lady was sitting. The timings of the clinic were from noon to 2 o'clock to 5 o'clock. One couple Shilpa and Sushant reached there at 1:45 with the hope of getting an earlier opportunity. Coincidentally both were having dental issues. Sushant had to go to a job at 3 o'clock. But a lady is sitting before them, which was annoying to them. As Doctor will do a check-up, then X-Ray and then he will decide on the treatment to be done, in this whole process half hour would be wasted. That lady was standing quite far from the clinic's door. So the witty Sushant reached the clinic's door and his wife Shilpa accompanied him. And in this way, they overtook that lady. Sushant confirmed the quarrel, but that girl came to Shilpa and asked, "My name is Meghna. I have come for the first time for a dental issue. Is there any reason to worry?" Sushant got relief by this that the girl didn't quarrel about the number. Now he focused his attention on what his wife said. Shilpa said, "Even we are unaware of it. I just know that doctor gives an injection so you don't feel the pain while treatment." In between that an old man came there and stood behind Meghna.

 Meghna said to that old man, "You please stand before me. You don't need to waste your time in the hospital at this age."

 Sushant was pleased with her behavior and ashamed of his own. By 2 o'clock other patients arrived. The door of the clinic was opened. Sushant ran to the receptionist and said, "I have to register a new case."

 The lady in the chair said, "Be calm. The receptionist is yet to arrive. When she will come she will register your case."

 Sushant said, "But remember, I'm first."

 That lady said, "You please sit quietly. First of all, those who have appointments will go, then we will call you."

 Doctor arrived. One by one the patients started going. At 2:45 Sushant called his office that he couldn't come today for work. Sushant was eagerly awaiting his turn. She saw Meghna, who was helping other patients and allowing them to surpass her. Sushant's name was announced, and after that, it was his wife's turn so both went in together. The doctor checked their teeth, wrote a prescription for them, and told them to pay Rs. 50/- per patient at the counter for X-Ray. Sushant paid Rs. 100/- for both of them and took the X-Ray report. Sushant was now quite interested in Meghna. His eyes were looking for her but she wasn't there. She might be with the doctor as it was her turn now.

 Both were waiting for the doctor to call them. It was 4 o'clock now. Meanwhile, Meghna came out, and looking at the couple she smiled and said, and sat beside them and said, "What did the doctor say to you?"

 Shilpa said, "He said us for an X-Ray report, He might have told you for same. Go and sit in that room, your turn will come soon."

 Meghna smiled and said, "Doctor said that it's normal pain. It will get cured by medicine. He prescribed the medicine."

 Shilpa: "Then show the prescription at the counter and pay Rs. 10/- you will get the medicine. No one is on the counter, you would be freed earlier."

 

Meghna smiled. Shilpa's name was announced. The couple went in to meet the doctor. The doctor said that Sushant's wisdom tooth is decayed, and we have to remove it and we have to fill up cement in Shilpa's tooth. The clock struck 5 when their treatment finished. Shilpa said, "I have to clean my teeth too." The doctor said, "Today we have filled cement in your teeth so we can't clean it with the machine. Moreover, it would take one and a half hours for cleaning your teeth and time is about to get over." So they took an appointment 15 days later and left there. Shilpa went to the counter for buying medicine. Sushant was standing in a corner keeping handkerchief in his mouth which was paining because of the removal of a tooth. When she was in the queue at the counter she saw Meghna so Shilpa asked her, "You're still here? I thought you left a long time ago."

Meghna said, "I was just leaving." Indicating in a direction Meghna said, "That old man was getting much pain because of removal of wisdom tooth. So I talked to him for a while so that he can forget his pain. If we talk to these old people for a while then they forget their pain in some time."

Meghna bought the medicine on her turn and went out of the clinic. Shilpa also fetched them and came out of the clinic. She saw that Meghna was helping an old lady in climbing the stairs. Seeing that Shilpa said to Sushant, "That lady is a poor but quite kind heart. I loved her kind behavior. She might have come here on her feet. Why don't we drop her home? And yeah. I will give the newly bought Saree to her as a gift. We need to appreciate those who help others."

Sushant nodded in approval. They drove out of the car and went to Meghna. Sushant stopped the car near Meghna. Shilpa took out her face after lowering the glass and said, "Should we drop you at your place?"

With shyness, Meghna said, "No. Don't take the pain. My house is near, I'll go by feet."

Shilpa said, "Don't feel shy. I'm like your elder sister. Can't you fulfill my wish? We will even drop the old lady with you."

Meghna was convinced by Shilpa's request and said, "The old lady will go her way, I'll accompany you in the car."

Meghna showed the way. Sushant drove on it. Meghna's house was quite far from the clinic. At one place she told me to stop, "Yeah, here. Reached. That house, it's mine." Opening the door of the car Meghna said, "You're coming to my house?"

Shilpa said, "Now when we have seen your house then surely we will come one day. Today they removed Sushant's teeth so we have to rush home. As I have to apply ice on his mouth."

They departed after waving goodbye.

On the way, Shilpa's eyes fell on the Saree in the car. And she shouted, "We forgot to give her a Saree."

Sushant was annoyed by the pain, and he said, "It's fine. When we will go to her house we will give it to her."

Shilpa requested, "Who is going to meet her? I just said it in a manner. We aren't far yet. Please, shall we go?"

Even though he didn't wish to go, Sushant took a U-Turn and came back to Meghna's house. Getting down from the car Shilpa said, "You just stay here. I'll come back soon."

Removing the handkerchief from his face Sushant said, "Don't stick there for gossip."

Shilpa went to Meghna's house with a smile. An old lady was keeping clothes on the wire for drying them. Shilpa felt mercy for her. Shilpa stepped into Meghna's house and she listened to the angry voice of Meghna and another of a Man. It seems that the couple was having a quarrel. Meghna's husband said, "You're wasting your time in the hospital for treatment of your teeth for the last 2 days. How much crowded is it that even though you go at 1 o'clock still your turn doesn't come? My mother has to clean utensils and clothes at this age because of you. The kids arrive at 4:30 and my mother has to make snacks for them and have to take care of them. And then you come like a queen. What's wrong with your teeth?"

With extreme anger, Meghna said, "Oh yes, You're going to worry about your mother. She won't die by working for 2 days."

With shivering hands, Shilpa went to that old lady and said, "A gift for you."

With surprise, she asked, "Why?"

"To suffer in serving your own people." saying this Shilpa quickly left from there. As she didn't have any words to speak or to understand.
