Dear diary, 


I started my day with Yoga...As I am a yoga teacher. I would like to share my yoga schedule. It is according to the availability of time...In hurry, I do at least 5 Suryanamskar, Pranayam and omkar. But daily I do 12 suryanamaskar, sarvangasan for 5 minutes, Halasan for 30 seconds, matsyasan for 2 minutes, Bhujangasan for 5 minutes, ardhmatsyendrasan both sides for 3 minutes each, Paschchimottanasan for 1 minute and Pranayam...Holding is important in yoga... The holding of asanas depends on the capacity of individuals... It is said that 'स्थिरं सुखम आसनं ' means stability and comfortable feeling is important while performing asanas... Yoga is not only important for physical health but also for mental health. Yoga should do with an empty stomach..you can do yoga after 4 hours of eating or empty stomach and you can eat after 1 to 2 hours of yoga. If anybody wants to start yoga, first they should learn from the expertise in that area because every asana is not suitable for everyone...I will share the importance of each asana and yoga every day.
