Dear diary,

Today I will share information about Halasana which means plough pose. In this asana position of our body is like a plough . This asana is done in sleeping position. Take both legs in 90 degree, then slowly by lifting hips take legs toward head and slowly touch the ground with legs, knees should be straight and touch the ground with our hand near hips. This asana should not be done by person having slip disc, back pain, thyroid problem, neck pain spondylolysis.. Benefits of these asana are to improve metabolism, as there is a pressure on thyroid gland will not cause thyroid problem in future, to reduce fat from belly etc. After this asana, matsyasan should be done. There are two more advanced type of halasan one is vistrutpad halasan and karnpidahalasan.

Today I watched horror movie conjuring.
