Day 3...Lockdown 


Dear diary, 


I promised to share my yoga schedule and benefits. Today I will share the information on Suryanamaskar. It is a chain of different asanas. It has 12 steps. Anybody can do it. Along with a chain of asanas, we have to concentrate on our breathing. When we go up to breathe in while bending down breathe out. Suryanamaskar helps to increase flexibility, to free our muscles and also improve blood circulation, to lose weight, improves digestion, glowing skin, etc. If you are unable to do asanas do at least 12 suryanamaskar every day along with Pranayam and omkar.  I suggest everyone inculcate the habit of yoga in this lockdown. 


Today I watched 2 movies. One is Anabelle and the other is Netflix movie and Headline which is a good movie starring Irfan Khan, Konkona sen, Rajat Kapoor. This movie based on a doctor. Irfan khan kidnapped the doctor's daughter and asked him to pay some amount. And increase the amount daily. He does so not for money but for taking revenge from the doctor as his son dies without any treatment as he could not arrange money for his treatment within time.
