Day 11-Lockdown 

Dear Diary, 

I have shared asanas which I practice daily by holding it..There are various asanas in each pose. I will only mention name of these asanas today. These asanas are also useful and I also used to do it. But ptacticing all asanas every day not possible so we can do it simultaneously. Asanas in sleeping pose or supine are uttanpadasana, naukasana, pavanmukyasana, ashwinimudra, markatasana etc. Asana in prone position are shalabhasana, dhanurasana, naukasana etc. Asana in sitting position are padmasan yogmudra, vajrasana yogmudra, utkatasana, akarna shanuradana, ardhpaschimottanasan, Tulasana, baddhapadmasana ugrasana etc. Asana in standing position are virasana, trikonasana, parivarta trikonasana, ugrasana, garudasana etc. Yoga is a science by doing this one can achieve physical as well as mental health and immense positivity. In this lockdown period as I am tutor I started to upload my maths teaching videos on my youtube channel EduBase Coaching. I am trying to do different things in whole day, so that after starting our regular routine I should be more upgraded. I am considering this lockdown as opportunity. But still praying to god everyday help us to conquere this situation and save everybody.
