Dahi Chicken

Are you cooking the chicken or making Baahubali movie?

I put a different question to get the answer from Surya. Surya is my roommate and he loves cooking. He is cooking with so much interest and it made me remind Baahubali making.

One day he convinced we will make a different dish with chicken rather than usual gravy thing.

We bought chicken but did not forget to ask 

"Bhaiyya, extra liver piece".

He soaked chicken, garlic and ginger paste, salt, Mirchi powder in the curd for some hours.

Then we cooked chicken and it is so delicious. 

But it's a bit of heavy so you can't eat more at a time.

It gives a special taste for the total day. Dahi chicken became my favorite food and eating it on Sunday is one of the best memory I got in Hyderabad.
