A WONDERFUL DAY WITH MY NEW FRIEND

Once upon a time, in the chilling morning of the winter, I woke up very late as it was a holiday. With the breath of fresh air, I started my day with a smile on my face. The sun was shining a lot, birds were chirping sitting on the end of the branch and squirrels climbing up the tree at a great speed.

All of a sudden, a loud explosion took place and when I saw out of the window of my abode, I saw a UFO crashed at the edge of the tree. Then a beam of light came out of it and the door opened of the UFO followed by the opening of the stairs from the door. After a few minutes a man with three feet, four hands and number of eyes revealed himself. He was noticing around with rapt focus from birds, trees, fields, animals, etc. Whatever he touched would become hard rock. Soon he saw me and I got extremely scared. As he was coming closer my heartbeat was increasing. First, he asked my name, then my address, my favourite colour, my likes and dislikes, my lucky number, etc. It seemed that he wanted to know my whole biography.

He asked me for a favour that he wanted to see India. I hesitated at first and reluctantly agreed to his request. We planned accordingly. I gave him some clothes to wear so that nobody recognizes that he is an alien. To start with, we went to North India and felt the chilling winds of the Himalayas. He was shocked and astonished at the sight of a vast mountain ranges.

Our second trip was down south. There, we enjoyed the boat ride and he loved the food. After coming back from the southern sojourn he thanked me profusely and wished me well. He then said that it is now his turn to return the favour and asked me for my wish. I thought for a few minutes and at last, I came to a decision that I also wanted to see the planet from where he belonged. He said that his world is interesting, beautiful and full of life and adventure. He also added that his planet is out of this galaxy. We sat in the UFO, he made me feel comfortable, offered me some water and food and we took off the flight. When we reached his planet called ‘Pinky’, the most astonishing thing was that the sky was pink and so was the land. After some time, we went to a deep cave. Inside the cave, we saw a huge, dangerous and powerful pink stone. I came to know from the historical accounts of the place told me by the UFO that the pink stone was the reason why the whole of the planet became pink.

After a few days, we returned back from the planet and was very happy to have fun with my new friend. I found him to be extremely sensible and good-humoured. We both enjoyed each other’s company.

My mother woke me up in the middle of my wonderful dream which I would remember forever. It seemed that the alien became a true friend of mine…
