A SPECIAL FRIENDSHIP

A little girl named Maya was living with her parent. Every day after school hours she used to go to a nearby park with her mother to play and relax.

One day, while she was returning from the park, on the way she found a puppy by the roadside, it was shivering due to hunger and cold weather, seeing the puppy Maya decided to bring the puppy home to take care of it.

When she arrived home, Maya’s mother was a little worried to keep the puppy in the house, but seeing the way Maya took care of the puppy and her mother gave the permission. Maya was very happy and hugged the puppy and put the name, Rocky. She used to take Rocky everywhere with her. They became best friends. Whenever she had snacks she always shared them with Rocky.

After school Maya used to take Rocky to the park and used to play and enjoy the day nicely. Maya’s mother told Maya not to take Rocky outside as it is a small puppy and Maya could not control it. But with excitement, Maya used to take Rocky to the park every day.

One day, Maya took Rocky to the park, while crossing the road they did not see the bike coming towards them as Rocky was running on the road and Maya also ran back to Rocky to protect him. Suddenly the motorbike hit Rocky on its paw and it started to bleed. Maya brought Rocky back home and washed his paws and put a dressing on them.

Maya’s mother scolded Maya and said that she should have listened to her. So Maya felt guilty and asked SORRY to her mother and from now onwards she promised her mother that she would always obey her what she tells.

After some days Rocky was cured of the wound and began to play again and the friendship between Maya and Rocky became strong.
