The Legendary Hero

This is about a famous king the ruler along with his son Arjun.

On every birthday of Arjun, the king used to get special gifts but this year it was very very special for Arjun as he got the horse which was very much liked & awaiting it for a long time.

The king also liked the horse but since he injured his leg in the war he can't ride the horse, otherwise he was the best rider. So King told the soldiers that they will go for a ride on the horse. Arjun felt very bad and told his father that the horse is new to us and it may harm us, so we will have a ride after a few days. The king agreed with his son.

Every day Arjun used to take more care by feeding the horse and taking it for a ride. As the day passed, Arjun and the horse became friends and were understanding each other.

The king told Arjun to practice horse riding and compete this year. Arjun agreed and the horse supported him.

After a few days, the king saw Arjun riding the horse faster than the light. The king was very happy to see Arjun and told him to compete. So Arjun agreed.

After a few hours, Arjun and the horse were preparing to compete in the race this year. While they were practising he heard that the neighbouring king is going to start the war to become the leader. Arjun was worried about the king as he is injured and can't ride the horse. So Arjun made a plan and told one of his king's ministers to call his father and the neighbouring king and inform them why do we need war which brings nothing but sadness and suffering to everyone instead of that we will have a race and see who is stronger and which team will cross the border first, and then will decide who will become the leader. Both the kings agreed.

Arjun wants to stop the king to participate in the race, as he knows that the king will defeat him because he is not able to ride the horse faster.

The next day, he saw the king going to participate in the race and told the king I am going to help him to win the race. So the king agreed and told if I would like you can ride with him, son.

Arjun said I've dreamed of riding on horseback, and now I finally can! The horse said to Arjun to hold on tight! we're going so fast. Arjun said that I am racing for everyone's happiness. Our team must succeed and win so that everyone can live in peace.

The king was slow and could not reach the boundary but Arjun reached the boundary faster and brought his teams together and helped them to unite.

The King was proud of his son Arjun and said he is one who brought peace to our land and he's the legend that our people will never forget.

The king and the neighbouring king made Arjun a legendary hero who won the race fairly and they want Arjun to become a king. But Arjun told that he do not wish to be a king, but he requested both to assure people that they'll never solve anything by fighting and make every effort to work together to ensure peace and happiness from now onwards.

Both the kings promised Arjun that they work it out peacefully with each other and protect the lives of all our people.
