A PURPOSEFUL JOURNEY

Abhay and Charu are on same voyage with single mission. They’re determined to save the world from evil conspirators. Strangely, in Charu’s house courier boy arrives in her absence and delivers courier to her maid servant. Charu is suspicious about the intention of the courier boy and her maid. Without signing by the recipient how the boy delivers letter? Why does the maid look at Charu mysteriously when hands it over to her? Why on the parcel the name of the sender is missing and the maid accept it without asking for Charu’s permission? All these create doubt in Charu. She is clueless who is behind the destructive plans as people who she and Abhay have trusted are proved guilty. Charu has never thought Ruth can be associated with the plotters and again Ruth’s accusation on Yuvaan is much more shocking because Yuvaan has always been with Abhay and Charu in investigating the case.  

The latest courier contains a flight ticket to Cairo. Charu is determined to solve the mystery so she informs Abhay. She explains she has received a letter from a stranger VK with a one- way flight ticket to meet him at Hotel Marriott Mena House in Cairo at 6 pm to get information about the secret of the Sword and the deadly mission. She has to catch the 7.30 pm flight from Kochi to reach the city next day after 15-hour long journey. She further adds she needs to take a connecting flight at Sharjah for which there is 6 hours waiting period. The letter astonishes Abhay too. Why does VK, knowing well about Charu’s past life, about the Sword and the code on the sword, invite her alone to so far from Kochi? If it is not a prank or threat then why does he keep the suspense and not helping Charu from there only? Why does he need her as a companion and strangely why he has sent only one-way ticket? Is he not sure how much time will be required to solve the case? Or, is he not interested in sending Charu back to Kochi?

Abhay immediately warns her not to go alone. He decides to follow her in disguise so that if any danger is waiting for her, he can protect his love lady. Charu is scared as leaving country in such a short notice for indefinite period doesn’t give her positive vibes. Abhay’s presence around her in this trip pushes her to begin the unknown journey. Abhay books a flight for Sharjah to avoid any attention of VK as he is sure Charu must be under vigilance of the man. Abhay reaches her home to provide her some small spy gadgets that she has to place on her shirt, purse, and mobile. These are so small petty things like button that at airport the security personnel will not suspect it. In the aeroplane Charu needs to activate these. In this way she’ll be connected with Abhay entire trip. 

 In Charu’s room Abhay feels presence of a third person. He signals Charu to be silent and slowly opens the window curtain. He is surprised to find Charu’s maid behind it. He nabs her and interrogates her. She refuses to accept that she is an appointed spy to keep an eye on Charu. Abhay arrests her. It’s 6pm. Charu has packed her bag, Abhay is in disguise of a middle aged officer going to abroad for some office work. He gets visa instantly. They will board on two different flights. At airport they sit side by side. Charu is curious to know what’s going to happen in Cairo. Within ten minutes her phone rings. She is instructed to have coffee from cafeteria. She looks at Abhay. He allows her and notices a person standing beside Charu is giving her a wrapped parcel. She hesitates but Abhay sends her signal through vibration to accept it. She returns to her seat and puts it in Abhay’s bag without informing him as both carry the same kind of luggage. 

She boards on flight. Abhay contacts the airport security officers and when the packet is opened they are stunned to see a purse studded with solitaires. Through CCTV camera the person is spotted and is arrested. Charu is informed about the packet and is warned not to accept anything from strangers. She is over cautious. A flight attendant offers her tissue paper in one of which she is instructed to keep the packet in toilet. She pretends to search it frantically in her bag and then writes on tissue paper that she has mistakenly put it in someone else’s bag at Kochi airport. The airhostess stares at her harshly. At the Sharjah airport she is offered a city tour by a person as there is a 6 hour waiting period. She accepts the offer only after spotting Abhay after half an hour. She asks permission for having meal as she feels hungry. The person leads her to one of the five star hotels and there she enjoys lip smacking food. Everywhere she spots Abhay guarding the surrounding as a dutiful police officer and of course her lover. 

Abhay is getting full support of the local police. He has instructed Charu not to have drinks and eatables offered by anyone. She does the same. She feels tired of roaming in the city so returns to the airport. She boards on another flight and reaches Cairo at the time mentioned in the letter. This time Abhay is her co passenger. At midnight Charu feels someone is shaking her. She opens her eyes and finds the same airhostess. She commands her to follow her. Charu alerts Abhay and accompanies the flight attendant. They go to the cockpit where a co-pilot addresses her as Sheryl. She is clueless. He informs that he is sent by VK to protect her as there is hidden danger around her. He informs that her co-passenger is a police inspector and following her from Sharjah. 

Abhay is on high alert mode as his identity is revealed to VK. He immediately connects the Cairo police and in code words explains them his situation. Charu too understands if she interacts with her friend, he will be in danger. So, after informing him about her situation, she digitally disconnects with him. At Cairo airport, Abhay is received by the police in plain cloth and for Charu there is a car sent by VK. The car drops her at Marriott. At the main gate of the luxury suite she undergoes laser screening and her spy gadgets are luckily not detected. 

She enters and is welcomed by VK who is none other than Yuvaan’s dad. She cries out with joy, “Oh Uncle! I am so relaxed! I have never thought you’re VK.” Her connection with Abhay is not yet restored.

He says, Yes, I am VK. My son is under police custody out of suspicion and as a father it is my responsibility to save his life. Abhay in disguise is following you. He is against my son and is harassing him unnecessarily. My son is innocent. In India I can’t help him so I have invited you here to find the mystery of Sword. Once it is revealed, my son will be out of police custody.” 

Charu thinks about her nightmare where Abhay in police uniform is trying to mummify alive Yuvaan. She is sure Abhay is wrongly framing Yuvaan. She decides to help VK. Charu narrates VK, how she saves herself by leaving a parcel at Kochi airport. VK shows her a video clip. Abhay is captured returning the parcel to the airport security personnel. VK uncle says, “I don’t know if you are aware of or not. Abhay in disguise is with you and that parcel is given to you by his team member. He is the right hand of the plotter who is a business tycoon and smuggles diamonds.”

Charu gets another deadly shock of her life. Who to trust? She is however very much sure that Yuvaan is innocent. She joins hands with VK to bring him out of the custody. She suggests in absence of Abhay in India, Yuvaan can get bail. VK immediately consults his lawyer and then makes arrangement to keep Abhay in Cairo till his son wins the legal battle. Charu appreciates this move. She decides not to share everything with Abhay and it is better to hide the real identity of VK. After having dinner, she reconnects Abhay in her room. He asks her several questions. She just answers that VK is a stranger and hasn’t yet talked much about the mission. Abhay informs that he too has booked a room in the same hotel and will be with her always. She alerts Abhay that his identity is known to VK. He should change his look. Abhay changes into a burqa -clad woman and sends the picture to Charu. 

VK and Vincent know well that they are puppets in hands of the most dangerous mafia don. He has only one mission to know the whereabouts of the box of diamonds. After getting the right location he will kill all. So VK and Vincent both are double crossing him. They are determined not to make him successful in his mission. VK narrates to Charu the real intention of the greedy man. She is stressed as her true power is not yet activated. Once she connects her with the past life, she will remember where she has placed the Box of Diamonds. She asks VK if she can meet Vincent’s son online. He agrees because to regain Charu’s lost past life memory he is given freedom to go to any extent. 

A video call is made. Charu meets with Vincent’s son, a forty years old man, who is isolated from others in a private room because of his mental condition. He smiles and after few seconds utters, “Sheryl aunt, please take me to the garden where you have a secret chamber to hide precious things.”

VK and Charu are surprised at this question.

Charu asks softly, “Sure, but you need to tell me where it is?”

“Don’t you know it is in a country of snow covered mountains, beautiful lakes, and a garden in a valley where every year you visit with children. “

Charu asks, “Yes, but what is the name of the place? If you remember tell me?” 

“It is Banff National Park, Alberta in Canada”. He replies instantly as if only that memory is fresh in his mind. 

Charu assures him once again that he’ll be taken to that childhood place and disconnects. Vincent, VK and Charu visit Banff National park. She doesn’t inform Abhay. In the national park they spot a cave and inside that Charu regains her lost past life memory. She chants some mantras and immediately a solid rock wall slides to sideways. They enter and find a treasure room where there are many boxes of diamonds. They get the real Khopesh. Charu is now Sheryl. She again chants mantras and Vincent’s son appears in the room. Vincent doesn’t need to work for the underworld don as his cured son is with him. Yuvaan is also given clean chit so VK is no more under pressure. Vincent and VK rejoice for discovering treasure of Verghese family. 

Abhay is arrested for being the member of the conspirator. Charu’s maid is released because she is VK’s associate. Yuvaan and Charu tie nuptial knot. Ruth and Martha join the ceremony and the Varghese family once again celebrate its existence. However, threat from the mafia den is not over. He is beaten in the game of magic and power. Charu has to fight with him but not alone. The past and the present life well- wishers are with her. She is a married lady but her powers are not snatched from her. It is in her possession to carry forward to the coming generation.
