There was a woodcutter who would go to the jungle every day and collect wood. He would sell the wood and make his living. He had identified a giant tree with a big shadow where he would rest and eat his lunch. The tree also provided shelter to him during monsoon and summer. One day when he went to the jungle he saw that the giant tree was cut down by another woodcutter who claimed that this tree was the oldest in the jungle. That day he realized that all the small trees he cut would have become giant in a few more years. The woodcutter also realized that the giant tree knew that just like the other trees were being cut by a woodcutter, it always provided shelter to whoever came and sat under it. The giant tree truly had a big heart.
